Bad, BAD, BAD experience! Where to start? Long story short.....don't go to Rick Case Kia, Sunrise and most especially their service department! Took our vehicle in last week for some minor recall work and when we picked it up the next day, it turns out they, meaning the service department rocket scientists had broke something that had been working perfectly before hand. It still isn't fixed!! Just a heads up everyone, CHECK OUT OTHER DEALERSHIPS FIRST!!

I have a 2017 Ram Big Horn 3500 6.7 diesel dually. I kept having trouble with the engine light coming on. The code indicated there was a problem with the transmission. I took the truck here to Suncoast and the technician, Jason Dale quickly determine the cause of the problem, and fix the transmission. I'm very happy with the dealership and with jason. He also gave me tips about prolonging the life of my transmission that I really appreciated.

Service is quick and straightforward, service advisors are super friendly and helpful, only had one problem when they incorrectly swapped my battery but they made sure to rectify the situation. All the staff are very nice and helpful, will always be my preferred service location.

Edited review 5/31/25-General Manager Aleesa reached out to me directly. Arranged an appt and provided a car to drive while services being done. She was incredibly helpful and showed that this dealership really takes care of their customers. Made an Appointment weeks in advance to have my oil changed. I arrived at my scheduled time of 10am. Told the service advisor I was going to Walmart and i’d be backed as I had a birthday party to attend at 1pm. I retuned at noon only to find that my car had not been touched. 2 hours after my scheduled appointment my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I’m a super busy person and taking the time to drop off my car took advance planning. Ben the service advisor acted like it was my fault because I wasn’t able to leave my car there for 8 hours (all day) to have a simple oil change. I left with no oil change. Funny that this was the free maintenance Chevy offers. That’s one way to not stand by your promise, make it impossible to get the service done. I need to add that a year later I’m still trying to get my 2nd key that should have been given to me the day I bought the Car in June 2024. I guess it takes 6 months to order a replacement key that the dealership could not find. Needless to say avoid avoid avoid!

I am still upset about what happened the last time I brought my friend’s car here days ago. The….”service”…that I received from this place was not good at all. I am currently doing an investigation and research into this dealership. They are charging people way too much for simple jobs. There are many other car service centers that charge less then this does. I recommend that NO ONE bring vehicle to this place for repairs.

I can not say enough good about my experience with the service dept. Harrison is my service advisor he was knowledgeable and very informative. I had an electrical issue with my Lincoln and as you know that is always a challenge. The service department did an outstanding job for me.

I can’t speak on the sales department, but the service department, (I mean, I never thought they would one up the quality of service I received from them, the last time i had my truck in there). This time in, Ms Ashley was my rep/liaison. After the initial “welcome to Dayton Andrews, have been helped or checked in yet”(less than a minute after I pulled in), I explained everything that was happening, along with a safety recall issue notice, she just said, this might take a while, and we’re probably gonna keep it over night, depending on the diagnostics, so to be safe, let me get you into a rental and get you out of here as fast as possible”. As I was waiting In the lounge area, not more than 10 min. Ashley walks up to me and says my rides here to take me to get my rental. She handed me the paperwork and I was out the door… (MIND BLOWN) That’s just the beginning… Ashley was so on it with the communication, updates on the truck while it was being serviced. It took the stress of my mind. And lastly, it was one of those busy work days for me and even though I was notified my truck was ready for pick up around 11:00am, I wasn’t able to get there until about 6pm, and they close at 5:30! She was there, patiently waiting and not mad about it. I mean come on, how often do you see a person stay late for a customer they don’t even know, to make sure they get their vehicle back. I write Reviews for a living, that's my job. I have never given any product or service a negative review unless it was absolutely deserved. MBM Dealership and service is well deserving of this 1 star review. It would require me to write a short story to provide all the horrible details with my experiences with MBM, and quite frankly, my time is too valuable to waste so let me just say this, and give all future "prospective" customers a fair warning. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLES SERVICED AT THIS DEALERSHIP. Unless you're friends of the "family", have very very deep pockets, and can afford to be without your vehicle for weeks to months while yours is being "serviced" (because they frown on loaners, especially if your vehicle isn't BRAND NEW), then stay away. There's other MB authorized centers you can go to if you need your MB serviced, and you'll be treated humanely. MB of Ft. Pierce or MB of Orlando, both are much better options and it's worth it to either have your car towed the distance, if inoperable, or if just needing routine maintenance, it's best to drive an hour to save yourself money and mistreatment. I've never in my adult life dealt with such a rude, snooty, hateful, inexperienced, unprofessional dealership in ALL departments. Everyone I've spoken to in the Melbourne area, have all told me they were mistreated by someone working at this dealership, and it's usually most of the staff, from the woman who answers the phone with her "condescending tone and manners, to the service advisors, management, mechanics. The only department that you may not have a "Traumatic " experience, as far as your dealings with an employee, is the payment desk. Haha. Go figure, right. Unless they aren't there anymore the two ladies I dealt with were very friendly and horrified when they heard about my experience but ironically, not surprised. They've apparently heard it all, and seem to be embarrassed of their employer. Mercedes, Audi, Porsche of Melbourne, simply do not care. They do not care about these negative reviews, they do not care about how they treat their customers, especially if you're not a repeat BUYER OF NEW VEHICLES. If you don't show up dressed in your Sunday best, and exaggerate GREATLY your wealth, speak like them and act like them, then be prepared to be treated like "pond xxxx". I am even willing to place a wager on the fact that any 5 star reviews you read about "Shane" or his family business, that those are what we call in my profession "Fake Reviews". Proceed with caution to this dealership. Do your homework. Our MB's are our babies and expensive to maintain, and when something goes awry on your MB, it's a stressful event on its own, we don't need to pile on that stress by a dealership that could careless about its customers feelings,being courteous or honest , any form of professionalism, fairness, or simply treating everyone with fairness and kindness. Regardless of their economic standing. It's much easier to be kind, honest and treat your customers how they deserve to be treated. After all, it's the customer's that have given this "FAMILY OWNED" Business, a business that has not just provided them with a "cushy" life, but one they thrive off of. I promise you, they are living well, not losing any sleep over mistreatment of customers. So, you've been warned. David remains calm when there are many people demanding his attention; he addresses concerns and makes every effort to problem solve for us; he's always patient and welcoming; returns our calls and takes pride in his work. We have been very satisfied with his interactions with us. We hope that HONDA appreciates his contribution to his employer as much as we appreciate his work with us. He's been the best rep we've had in over 60 years of car ownership.

Car trouble is bad -- having it on the road is worse. Having car trouble on the road when 90 years old after having both knee joints replaced is even worse. Yet, the check engine light came on. I, with difficulty, checked fluids and belts. Wife and I drove to the closest Ford dealership which was in Crestview, FL. There, I was told it would be November before they could start on my car. It was mid-September and my wife and I were trying to get to Thomasville, GA, for our daughter's 50th wedding anniversary. I told the gentleman in the service bay that I wanted to know if it would harm our 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis to continue driving it. Just then a mechanic walked in and the question was discussed quickly and it was decided that he could just check the codes immediately! The waiting room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The car problem was related to fuel mixture -- it was running lean. We were sent on our way. The charge was minimal. We were there only an hour! The 50th anniversary party was a great success! But it was made more so for my wife and me by Crestview Ford employees Brandon and Thomas. They were key in getting us back on the road and even now three days later, we still feel in Brandon's and Thomas's debt. We live 200 miles from Crestview Ford; if living within 50 miles, I would certainly buy my next vehicle from them. (I just might anyway.)

I made an appointment for my 2022 Wagoneer , one week in advance. The Monday Two days prior to the appointment, I received several text messages indicating the price and that in some cases I might have to drop my vehicle off. The morning of my appointment, I arrived on time and was told that my service advisor was on the way. Fifteen minutes later, I was approached by my service advisor who asked if I was waiting on her. Next she asked what was the issue with the vehicle. Same issue that I adjoin the pre check-in correspondence. She then stated that my appointment was with her, and that they ONLY offer drop off services and they didn’t have any courtesy vehicles at this time. She was gracious enough to say that maybe next time they would be able to provide a courtesy vehicle. Next time? Why would there be a next time. Let me add that my appointment was scheduled via telephone. At a minimum ALL of this information should have been relayed to me so that I could have arranged for transportation back home or looked elsewhere to have my vehicle serviced. If totally disappointed was a person 😡

Terrible service department. Had Ridgeline seat/tailgate harness recall performed there. The vehicle work never started until 5 hours after my appointment. Then in a haste to get the vehicle done before the end of the day the technician left the interior of the vehicle looking like a tornado touched down. When I tried to address it with the service manager he just ignored me. Then the tailgate lock started sounding strange, when I called the service department to ask them about the recall I got the answering machine and they never responded. When I decided to check it out myself I discovered that the highly trained Honda technician that completed the recall stripped out the heads of the tailgate cover bolts. I would beware of this service department.

I had a problem with my 2022 Escape hybrid. I was out of town and had a dead battery. Called My Ford roadside assistant, they came out and jumped the battery. They left and I left. As I was driving my car would barely get over 45 mph and I had three messages that I needed service. I called Jarrett Ford and was connected with service advisor TAMMY HOLLAND who has helped me in the past. Tammy said bring it right in and they will do a battery scan which showed battery was ok. Tammy was not satisfied and was very concerned I might have problems down the road. To sum this up a mechanic there did a complete check of the battery system and found it was the 12 volt battery. THANK YOU Tammy for your knowledge and extra care for my situation and thanks to the rest of the crew at Jarrett Ford!!!

I wanted to purchase new tires from my local Mercedes dealership before the trip but the size tires my car takes where not in stock and if ordered they would not have come in time. I called Mercedes Benz of Fort Walton Beach, they ordered my tires and installed them while I was in their area. The reason I am taking the time to write this review is to thank the Fort Walton Dealership for their excellent service. Joe in the service department was great and I had the pleasure of visiting with the General Manager Ray Villarreal, who I have to say was one of most sincere and professional persons I have ever dealt with, ever. I highly recommend Mr. Villarreal and Mercedes-Benz of Fort Walton Beach.

Update! Thank you Brian! Brian the GM had to get involved to determine a solution to my mechanical issues and this 5 star rating is completely dedicated to him. I appreciate his professionalism, efficiency, & especially his sense of humor when I was beyond aggravated. He was very personable & literally checked in with me everyday until I had my jeep back on the road! My critique, it would have been wonderful if I was compensated for the $3,400 labor fees that I paid for & the jeep wasn’t fixed & wouldn’t change gears. Nevertheless, I am thrilled Brian was my advocate, he truly went above & beyond to help me!
