Even though I didn't have the VIN number initially, he went out of his way to help, doing everything he could to look up the correct parts. When I finally received the VIN from my son, Spike didn’t just process the order—he took the time to explain what I was buying and pointed out that I’d need an additional O-ring to avoid having to do the job twice. That kind of foresight and care is rare.
What truly impressed me was when he provided an exploded view diagram of the exact area I was servicing.
