Most friendly dealership in Orlando. The crew here was absolutely amazing. Alejandro and Larry were so welcoming and happy to explain and get me set up for a visit. Omar when above and beyond to try to get me into a vehicle but we were just a few hundred dollars away. In the future I will definitely come back and reccommed them to anyone.

I went on a Thursday one hour before closing. I left the next Friday with my new Jetta GLI. Basically, with Orlando VW North’s help, I was able to purchase my preferred Jetta GLI, which was in Tampa, within 24 hours. Raul was extremely helpful in securing my Jetta - even going so far as to pick it up from Tampa early Friday morning - and negotiating a great deal with me. I absolutely love the way the car drives and I feel very comfortable in working with Orlando VW North moving forward. They have a great staff and inventory of both used and new cars. My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Volkswagen of New Port Richey in September of 2024. We had multiple issues with the vehicle from day 2. After attempting having it serviced multiple times we reached out to Wesley Copeland, sale manager to see what we could do. Long story short, Wes went above and beyond, reaching out to Volkswagen himself and working with them to help us find a reasonable solution. This is the second VW I have bought. Originally a tiugan, but this time a 2025 Taos, which is great car. The sales guy Anthony miller was great , laid back no pressure and the dealership was friendly. Appreciated the sale. I would go back for another car.
