I scheduled on ford app, took truck in and discussed with them the issue and recalls, in about 30 minutes I was getting a confirmation call on phone. Next morning another call discussing issues and if I wanted to go forward and I said yes and told them I needed truck back in a few days. They repaired it in the time I needed.
