They try to do everything possible to keep the customer satisfied. It took several attempts, but they did kept at it, and were able to address a humming noise from AC/Heater system. They were communicative, had to put in time and effort to ensure it is fixed. They also gave me a 30 mins ride with one of their advanced techs to ensure it is not reproduced. The experience was good overall!!
