I brought my Equinox in for a routine maintenance. It was supposed to cost around $250. When the bill came in it was $470. I almost passed out...but Michael said that can't be right and researched. They try to do everything possible to keep the customer satisfied. It took several attempts, but they did kept at it, and were able to address a humming noise from AC/Heater system. They were communicative, had to put in time and effort to ensure it is fixed. They also gave me a 30 mins ride with one of their advanced techs to ensure it is not reproduced. The experience was good overall!!
