Biggers Mazda - Elgin, IL

They rushed us through the car buying process, and since we've gotten the car home, we have had nothing but problems. First, the ENTIRE engine guard was missing. Now, this thing is huge, it covers the engine from wheel to wheel under the car, and it was GONE. Although the car was still under the bumper to bumper warranty Biggers made us pay for the new part, and they KNEW it was gone when they sold it to us. And now, less than three months after we bought the car, the engine light came on. I thought maybe it was a reminder to check the car around 40k miles; we are at 37k. Wrong again! An oxygen sensor for emissions is off and it's going to cost over $600. I will never buy from Biggers Mazda, Subaru... Anything again. And if I am ever asked about my car buying experience I will tell the truth of the horrible time I had. STAY AWAY! You're only asking for trouble.

I liked Janice, but the service manager does not know how to handle customers. I will never take any of my two Hyundai cars back to Wilkins service dealership.
