Went to another shop with an on-going issue I had with my vehicle not starting. I decided to go to Continental Toyota and spoke to the manager Jordan and he was able take me in very short notice. Turns out the aftermarket remote start I got installed was causing my battery to drain (I don’t understand cars) They were able to remove it and I have not had an issue since! The technician also sent over a video explaining what he found which was pretty cool. Stew the other service manager was able to explain a little more in “non technician” terms to make me better understand things, which again, I don’t know cars but my car is fixed and I couldn’t be more relieved! Being stuck and not knowing what was going on with my car was such a stressful thing especially when I had my 3 kids in the car. Will be going back for future services!

Everything went as smooth as possible from setting up our appointment, to renting a vehicle, to getting her vehicle back in a very quick manner. The service department,( Joel Meyer, and Michael Diaz) were exceptionally helpful in making this happen. I will always bring her vehicle back, and when it comes time to get something new for myself, wife, or either of my children, I know the dealership that I will go to first. November 2024: I got in right away with my wife 2008 Honda pilot. Jason got me in for an oil change and the tire rotation and after inspection that needed an Alignment which we got done. As always, good prices, fast service professional interaction with the customers Serra Honda Is the best.! Her pilot now has 361,000 miles on it and this dealership has been taken care of it since 2011. It's always been more so.once the Serra folks came in! 5 out of 5 stars We would highly recommend their dealership for all your needs! Have you seen the new Prologue? What a looker! Do yourself a favor and call them today! August 2024: Once again, great service by Kathy and the people at the service department at Serra Honda. We bought our 2008 Honda pilot from Huey Honda over in Frontenac in March 2011 and beginning in April 2011. We started bringing it to Meyer/Serra Honda in O'Fallon and we have been thrilled with the service ever since. They recently sent me the Carfax on our vehicle and we had like 60 services done there and the pilot now has 354,000+ miles on it and is going strong! First class Service a great group of people I would highly recommend the service department,, The parts department, and although we haven't had occasion to do business with the sales Department yet service and parts I'm sure they're wonderful too!
