Brian Deutsch was by far the most amazing service advisor I have ever dealt with. He made everything be flawless and answered any question I've had. Chevrolet should make him service manager or trainer as he is the prime example of a great worker. He impressed me so much, I really feel he should be praised by service manager.

This was my first visit here since another dealership near me had closed. I recently had my vehicle in for an ongoing A/C problem. It was a tedious task for the service department to get the problem resolved. They were able to get it working as new. I have no qualms about returning for any other services that the vehicle may need in the future. Rich has usually been the person I dealt with in this department, He is thorough and makes sure all your questions are answered. I had a Veloster for a short time, but my wife has had a couple sonatas over the past 8 years and Rich is always very knowledgeable about the mechanics and technologies within these vehicles.
