It is a very friendly dealership where the customer is put first. They have a great service area and body shop. The quality of work done there is par excellent. I have had two cars repaired in the body shop and they came out looking like brand new. I have recommended many of my friends to the dealership and they too have liked the service. The management is always there if there is a problem. You can even talk directly with the owner if need be.

The service department has been great. They got my 2005 Explorer working on two occasions. Didn't have to wait and they stayed open late to fix everything. Replaced the battery in my remote and wouldn't charge me. Dick Grossmsn

Purchased a used 2021 Ford Ranger from this dealer about a month ago. Have had a couple of issues with the truck. First the passenger front windows stopped working and then a couple of weeks later the check engine light came on. Service department has been great! They replaced the window motor for free and repaired the EGR system under the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the truck. I live 30 miles from the dealership and both times they picked up and returned the truck to my home. Fantastic service!

Just had excellent service from Castle. My sensors started acting weird and turning themselves off, after recently getting my battery changed. I know sensors are stupid expensive, and was hoping it was just a software issue , but even getting that looked at can be expensive. But my advisor got the head tech Ricky to take a look before putting it in the shop, and he was able to fix it without needing to do any major work. I really appreciate that level of service.

. I actually went in to the dealer for two new key fobs for my Chevy Equinox that was originally bought in 2011 from this dealership. I was welcomed by Michael Larson and walked out with a new 2025 Equinox! Michael was a delighful and no pressure salesman. I knew that I would need a new car at sometime in the near future and was doing some online research on what possible new Chevy (or? ) that I might want. Michael patiently listened to my story, my needs & wants. I had no plan on buying a car that day. But after working with Michael, I ended up buying a new car that I just love. And, as it turns out it is good that I bought a new car sooner than later. I am pleased with the dealership and most definitely the way I was assisted by Michael and actually all the emplyees I can in contact with. I highly recommend Chevrolet of Naperville!

The Service Representative was friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue we had is that when rotating the tires after the oil change, the mechanic forgot to correct the tire pressure which has happened in the past but that had nothing to do with the service representative as she was very accommodating.
