I purchased a new Sierra with the trade of my Jeep. My salesman was Kyle Lopez and the sales GM Luke Sillar joined once it was time to crunch numbers. Both were great to work with, both knew the product and were able to answer all my questions. I had been looking for about 2 months so I was very familiar with the truck trims and prices as well as the value of my Jeep I traded. I am very satisfied with the final price of the truck I purchased, I also got a fair trade value for my Jeep. Both Kyle and Luke worked to cover every detail and did everything they could to make the process quick and simple. They were both honest and straightforward. As a side note, days after after the sale I returned to have some extras done by service, Kyle personally arranged the appointment and work to be done and Luke even checked in to make sure I was still happy with everything. In short, these guys were personable, professional, knowledgeable and were focused on making sure I was satisfied to the best of their ability. A tip of the hat to D'Arcy, good employees and good leadership make a huge difference! They have earned my business.

After getting the traditional B.S. , run around, and an outright lie from the salesman at a Kunes site, we proceeded to Kar Korner, having spoke to Randy previously in the week. WE SHOULD HAVE GONE THERE FIRST. Our son saw, drove several autos, and then purchased a vehicle to his liking, at a price and payment plan that was reasonable for him, within 90 minutes of our arrival. It was his first buying experience, and he was able to see the difference between a true salesman like Randy, and an individual only intent on separating him from his money. Randy even arranged for a loaner automobile for the weekend, while the purchased car was checked and prepared for delivery.

Anyone who knows me, knows I rarely publicly endorse businesses or people; however, yesterday Jim Snowberger & I met some outstanding individuals at Affinity Auto Sales in West Chicago IL. Henry Ramos was our sales advisor and Jay Delanovic was the Finance Manager who handled our sale; these are 2 of the most polite and professional Gentlemen I have met in a very long time. In a post-COVID world, customer service has gone by the wayside but definitely not with these 2 Gentlemen...they listened to our needs, had very good insights and were genuine in casual conversations. I truly believe they could lead a seminar on how to connect on a human level with people for those in not only sales professions but in LIFE in general! It was quite a long drive to get there for us but that didn't matter to Jim or I because of the care and consideration we were both shown before and after the sale. Jim contacted Henry via email 2 days prior to us arriving you make sure the Jeep was available, he was quick responding, very polite and offered to have it fully detailed before our arrival. He was a man of his word! Jay fully explained all of the paperwork in great detail although both of us have previously bought vehicles; he wanted to make sure every detail was covered.
