The dealership called me, and in less than six hours the situation was resolved, with a complete explanation, to my entire satisfaction. The individuals were friendly and professional throughout, and insisted on making sure that I was completely happy with the purchase.

I have had my Forrester Wilderness for almost 2 years. Since I am retired, I don't put many miles on it. Last week it started making horrible, loud squealing and grinding sounds. They found a rock in the brakes (I live on gravel roads) and didn't charge me even though it was not covered by warranty. However, before I got home, it started making noises again. Took it back in yesterday and they found another rock! Again no charge. Very polite, friendly service people and nice waiting area. I have used several different dealerships over the last 50 years and Ramsey surpasses them all. Now, we just need to figure out why rocks are getting caught in the brakes!

I especially love that the advisor - Tyler, called to let me know during my oil change they found my engine air filter was dirty and gave pricing if I wanted that changed as well. Also! The fact that they offer to give you pictures of everything the tech looked at is super reassuring and pretty cool in my book. Everyone was awesome.

Everyone including the parts department, all the way to the managers are always friendly makes sure you are being helped! Will go the extra step to make sure you have whatever you need! When you service your vehicle they tell you how long it will be and they are usually within 5 minutes of quoted time! Also will update you on how it's going. After service is done walks you thru everything they did and walks you to your car! Any questions you have they explain it all and don't rush you ! Great job guys! Keep up the good work! I've brought 4 new cars at this location!
