The clutch malfunctioned on my 2004 Sorento which left me stranded. After keeping my car for over a month to fix several minor problems which were covered under warranty, I went to pick up my car only to discover that a door gasket that was replaced wasn't even put on properly and flopped around when the door was opened and closed. One of my tires was almost flat after sitting on their lot for over a month and they didn't even bother to put air in it. Since the service department was closed when I got there, I had to go to a gas station down the road to put air in my tire so I could drive home. To top it off the repair made on my clutch hasn't even lasted a year. I'm now having the same problem with the clutch that left me stranded to begin with. The service manager is a royal jerk that refuses to take any responsiblity for the poor service this dealership offers. Would I recommend this dealer? Not even if they properly fixed my car and paid me not to write this review.
