The communication was excellent – I was kept informed every step of the way, and they made sure nothing was overlooked. They not only handled the issues I came in for but also inspected for anything that might cause trouble down the road and took care of worn items before they became a problem. The service manager,Pat, was absolutely amazing – knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure that the truck I left with would be reliable and dependable. And Becky at the counter deserves a special shoutout! She was friendly, efficient, and top-notch in every way, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team this thorough and dedicated these days. I highly recommend this service department and will absolutely be back for all my future maintenance. I want to thank Karl Bush, Amanda Stone, Curtis Luce, and Mr. Reggie for making my service trip to Wray Ford in January easy, timely, and peaceful. Karl made scheduling my service appointment for my side-view mirror easy. He listened to my concerns and found a time that worked best for me to get my vehicle to the shop to be inspected. Before contacting me with the repair details, Karl connected with the shop to obtain an anticipated date for when the part could be ordered and delivered, along with the pricing, allowing me to plan accordingly. He went above and beyond to ensure I knew Wray Ford was using quality parts and nothing that would be considered after-market. When I arrived at the Service Department, Karl was waiting on the sidewalk to greet and check in customers coming with their vehicles. Although I had visited the shop previously, Karl ensured I knew where to go after checking in my vehicle. He also remembered when I planned to arrive and told me he had already scheduled my trip home. He said Curtis Luce would be driving me home. After walking through the Service Department door, Amanda Stone was behind the counter, greeting everyone with a huge smile, gracious attitude, and a warm welcome. It was not my first trip to Wray Ford, yet Amanda always makes everyone walking through the door feel part of the Wray Ford Family. The atmosphere is welcoming, the TV is on, and refreshments are available. She doesn't just sit behind the counter and stare; she engages with you. She exhibits the same attitude when you call the service department. I have never noticed if she's having a down day during my visits because she happily makes you and those around her her focus. Shortly after taking a seat, Karl opened the door to tell me Curtis was ready to drive me home. The wait was less than five minutes, which was great. Once the shuttle vehicle door opened, Curtis greeted me with a smile and a wonderful personality. He had taken time to warm the vehicle before picking me up since it was cold that morning. He asked if there was a particular radio station I wanted to listen to and alerted me to my ETA. During our drive, we exchanged pleasant conversations. It felt like I was riding with a friend. I felt extremely comfortable. Plus, he drove very cautiously. He also bragged about how much he enjoys working at Wray Ford alongside his teammates, which supported my opinions about Karl and Amanda. When we arrived at my house, Curtis said he would likely see me again once my vehicle was ready because he would drive over in a separate vehicle to pick up Mr. Reggie after he returned my car. Once my car was ready, I received a call from Karl and an emailed copy of my invoice so I could review the breakdown before submitting my payment. Afterward, Karl said I would receive a phone call about the scheduled delivery of my vehicle. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Mr. Reggie. He was delightful and pleased to assist me with the return of my car. It was not my first time dealing with Mr. Reggie. He was just as nice the very first time I met him. When he arrived, we exchanged nice pleasantries and laughter about the day. I cannot say it enough. Karl Bush, Amanda Stone, Curtis Luce, and Mr. Reggie made my service trip easy, timely, and peaceful. Thank you all so very much for being so wonderful.

She helped me with my new grand Jeep Cherokee I had it two weeks and the transmission went out it was a brand new vehicle I was so upset I was devastated. Our sales person at Hyundai of Metairie was Cynthia Rico. My wife was in an accident & her car was totaled so we needed a vehicle quickly, but we didn't want to "settle" for what was sitting on the dealers' lots. We test drove a Hyundai Palisade & Nissan Pathfinder. The Palisade rode smoother, offered a higher trim package for the same cost and offered a longer warranty than the Nissan. My wife has owned nothing but Nissans her entire life, still she couldn't get the Palisade off her mind so we decided to go with the Palisade. She decided she wanted the Hyundai Palisades XRT trim package and that turns out to be like searching for a unicorn! There are none to test drive and there are deposits on cars sight unsceen before they arrive at the dealerships. Cynthia & the team at Hyundai of Metarie really went the extra mile to get this car for us, honestly the went the extra 700+ miles finding this car in the Tampa area and making a trade with a dealer down there to get my wife the exact trim package she wanted. This process was about making us happy customers from start to finish and they succeeded! Cynthia really wanted to surprise my wife when the car arrived back in Metairie, my wife thought we were going to pick it up that night after work. Cynthia had the car detailed, got the big bow and brought it to my wife's office and parking it outside so when she walked out there it would be. First, I want to give my advisor Clovis B a standing ovation for all the knowledge he has given me regarding my vehicle as well as always being so professional, friendly, and educated when it comes to any questions I have regarding my GLC300 truck. However, what saddens me is that I notified on today by the dealership that they would not compensate me for a cracked windshield that occurred at the Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge. As you may know we experienced some snow on last week and my vehicle was left at the dealership for repair(an issue that wasn’t resolved when I brought my vehicle in December 2024). My truck had been sitting at the dealership for 2 whole weeks, and when I initially brought it in there was NO cracks on my windshield, however when I picked it up on today there were TWO cracks on the windshield and I was told that unfortunately it was due to the “weather”, and I would have to take care of it myself . Not to mention my vehicle was brought to Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge on December 31, 2024 and stayed until January 3, 2025, and I was advised that the sensor in question didn’t show. On January 3, 2025 after picking up my vehicle the same sensor came on again and I had to bring my vehicle back to the dealership for the second time. Now this second time I picked it up with two cracks in the windshield, and was told to file an insurance claim which I would have to cover the cost. I will NOT be returning to Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge due to way upper management handled this situation. I have been to this dealerships on numerous occasions and to have this happen and be treated this way is disturbing.

Excellent buying experience. We were shopping for a used vehicle for our kid that we didn’t feel like we would have to worry about leaving him stranded on the side of the road, but also wasn’t overpriced. We found both at Mike Willis Ford. The salesman listened to what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time showing us vehicles outside of our price range. We settled on a vehicle and they even worked with us on the pricing to ensure we stayed within our budget. Couldn’t be happier with this experience. After having visited other dealers in the area, I have to say the next time I am in the market for a vehicle I do not plan on wasting my time looking at other dealerships and I will go straight to Mike Willis Ford.
