The sales department at Casco Bay Ford makes the experience fun and pressure free. They all get along and banter with not just themselves but their customers as well. We laughed so much that we forgot we were buying a $40,000 car. Rob even bought us coffees and our kids apple juice at the gas station when he filled up the gas tank! Rob was so good with us having our young children there and making sure he worked efficiently so the kids didn’t burn out spending unnecessary amounts of time there.

Rowe Westbrook, and especially Mace, and Brian were everything one expects from a new car dealership. However, Mace and Brian went far above and beyond the norm, as our situation called for anything but business as usual. Essentially, when we went to look at the Calligraphy, we already had three vehicles to sell first. Two of them were Harley touring bikes. To make a long story short, Rowe Westbrook, Mace and Brian, sold the vehicles for us. The Mustang was used as a trade-in, and the two bikes were bought outright by Big Moose H-D. All the sale prices were fair and reasonable as well. Mace also knew we were under a time constraint, as we were leaving town for three weeks in a few short days. With their help, EVERYTHING went smoothly, and we'll pick up our new Calligraphy when we return to Maine! Good job Rowe Ford!

And Craig was very welcoming when I showed up for my appointment. He even went above and beyond to call me as soon as it was done as I was waiting for my vehicle. Thank you very much!! Not enough room here to say what is needed but regardless The Fleet I run had a truck sitting there for almost 11 months, was told and documented on our side the truck was getting a short block with heads and in the end, all that was done was a rocker arm and pipe reattached, over 10 months to do this job. Unacceptable in time wise, almost zero follow ups but maybe one or two calls. When parts were back ordered they did not call to tell, I had to call in to find that out. Per the paperwork there was no short block/heads in story or billed on paperwork for this that was told to us we were getting replaced and they were waiting on parts for months due to backorder from ford. The worst of this all is being lied too. I manage a fleet of over 600 Ford trucks ranging from 150's to 750's and worked at 3 ford dealers in my 26 years in automotive, heavy duty and have NEVER experienced this kind of customer service ever.

2013 focus with the transmission shutter. This is a continuous problem and is a Problem with all is these cars Now it's acting up again same problem Now because I'm 12 days out of warranty Ford will not honor these defective and well Established problem stay away from ford focus And fusion pure junk! These cars are complete Lemons and ford knows and refuses to buy it Back.. Varney ford has the worst customer service j have ever seen .
