My experience on April 21st car service appointment - hemmige@32
I had the service appointment for my Lexus ES 350.
I had mistakenly taken the Appointment with Des cars nearby. Even though My appointment was with Des Cars Mr. Radfar was gracious and kind enough to take my car in for service.
Mr . C.J. Radfar was extremely helpful and polite during the process of registration for service. I found him to be well organized and efficient.
The Waiting area of your organization is very neat, and comfortable. The facilities provide are excellent specifically the Internet . Refreshment was excellent specifically fruits , and soft beverages.
Only after a short waiting, Mr Radfar informed me that the 50K service was completed. Mr. Radfar very efficiently finished the formalities and I was able to leave after taking my car.
Please Convey my heartfelt thanks for Mr. Radfar for the excellent services rendered to me.
He deserves the best from your organization. He is a great asset to your Lexus dealership of Silver Springs, MD. I will have no hesitatations to recommend to my friends to meet Mr. Radfar for their Service needs.

Horrible service. Walked into the CPO department and nobody looked to help. Their conversation was more important. Also cars was very overpriced. Do not recommend.
Unethical practices - Blackandtangen
I give this place 1 star because the sales man Neville was nice. Their finance person quoted me an inflated apr with good credit and I was already approved for the 1.9 apr at a Toyota, half less apr at credit union and another Lexus dealership. I'm a woman and they proved the stereotype of car dealerships unethical practice on women true. I politelt left. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I picked my vehicle up from being serviced. My paperwork stated the mileage out was 80,162. Upon entering my vehicle my gas light was on and the odometer read 80, 185. When I questioned the service advisor about this I was told they had to do an extended road test. When asked why the mileage was not documented correctly on my paperwork..... no one could answer the question. Extremely poor service especially for a "luxury" dealership. I get treated better at the Toyota dealership when I take my beater Corolla in for service!
