I recently purchased my very first Lexus; a Lexus NX. Having never dealt with this dealership before I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, happy and professional atmosphere throughout the entire dealership. My salesperson was Grant Pivec, who was readily available to answer any questions or concerns without making the experience feel like I was intruding on his time, etc. I appreciated his laid back approach and that he introduced me to several others in the dealership, including Edward Jackson (sales) and Kevin Brown (IT guy). All friendly and available to help or answer any questions. On the finance side of things, I worked with Shandrial Hudson who was the same as everyone else. Friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better and painless experience. I had a small issue the day after taking the car home, the lic tag was mounted off center on the front grill of the car. My dad was available to take the car back to the dealer, where they immediately fixed the issue without problem and gave the car a quick wash as well. Great experience all around.

He was informative and patient with us every visit, and followed up after our purchase to ask for any problems or questions. Chris explained everything in detail to our every question, tried to help us in any way he can, and until the end of our negotiating, he was very friendly.

They are far superior than the Lexus dealership we have to use in Florida. People are nicer and they are more upstanding. After dealing with a Florida dealership after only dealing with the Rockville Maryland dealership I see that all Lexus dealerships are the same. Whatever the Rockville dealership is doing they should keep it up.

Worst customer service ever - Cheeyll
Loaner car got a slight damage over the rear quarter panel. They pretty told me I had to pay my deductible up front. Will never use them ever. Wasn't even my fault the car was parked in an underground garage. Lost a customer for life.
