The best car buying experience to date. Mike is very knowledgeable and patient. This was my first Lexus purchase and I arrived to the dealership with a ton of questions. Mike is personable and customer oriented. I felt appreciated and valued. I began my car search with the intention to visit and browse quite a few different dealerships. Luckily, Sheehy Lexus in Annapolis had many of the other cars I intended to test drive. Long story short I left Sheehy with a brand new RX F Sport. This was the best choice considering I almost purchased a Mercedes GLE. The Lexus warranty is better and the vehicles are more durable with a higher resale value. Michele is very detail oriented and definitely goes the extra mile to meet your needs. She is very understanding. And Paul is amazing. He is very descriptive when reviewing the vehicle. I left the dealership feeling more confident about more purchase.

I was in the market to replace my car. I started with BMW dealership in Rockville and was on my way to the Acura dealership in Gaithersburg to test drive a vehicle over there. On my way to Acura dealership, I passed by Lexus of Rockville (LoR) and thought, "GS might be a good option to check out as well." So I swung by LoR and test drove the 2015 GS 350 AWD. I was impressed by the vehicle and the way the Sales Person Gill Lee demoed me the vehicle. After test driving, they priced be the 2015 GS 350, which was pretty good to refuse. But sadly, all of the 2015 they had were black interior, and I am not a big on black interior. So I walked away to test drive the Acura.
A week later, Gill texted me and informed me that he still had a couple of 2015 GS available if I was interested. I told him, respectfully, that I am not interested in the black interior. And he understood. The next day, just for the heck of it, I started browsing LoR's website for the 2016 GS 350 AWD. Came across one that I liked, so I texted Gill asking about that particular color combo and its price. His response "Come on by and we will make your time worth." They sure did... As compared to the other Lexus dealers in the area, they gave me a good OTD price on the GS and also a fair trade-in on my vehicle. The purchase process could have been a bit quicker though, but I still wont complain. It took about 4 - 4.5 hours to get the whole process done, but I think thats the norm.
All in all, I think my experience was pretty darn good. The vehicle itself is amazing, and the dealer experience was also top notch. Between the BMW, Acura and Lexus dealerships that I visited, I felt like the BMW and Lexus dealership were on par in customer service. I will not hesitate going back for my future vehicle purchase.

Worst customer service ever - Cheeyll
Loaner car got a slight damage over the rear quarter panel. They pretty told me I had to pay my deductible up front. Will never use them ever. Wasn't even my fault the car was parked in an underground garage. Lost a customer for life.
