Professionalism and Interest - Ed
Both Ed Jackson and Don King were very professional. I have dealt with these two gentlemen several times and found their demeanor to be the same. Courteous and knowledgeable. I usually have a vehicle in mind having searched the web and other mediums to see what 's out there. Always find that Lexus is what I want.
The one vehicle I wanted wasn't on hand so some research found that one of my interest was coming in in the near future. Don King was instrumental in searching for this. Ed Jackson was able to pull together the package of my interest , and walla, , there it was. No hassle , no anxiety.
I must also mention that the Dealership is also first class. Lots of construction going on but did not interfere with me in any way. Customer Lounge is very accommodating while you wait , if you choose for you vehicle.
Must also give kudo's to the Service Department. Having dealt with Sheehy of Annapolis I come to expect this and am never disappointed.

In 2013 I bought a Lexus CT200h. Car service after the fact of buying a car has always been for me a mostly unpleasant part of owning a car,. At Lexus Silver Spring under the professional care of Mr. C.J. Radfar, it is a breeze, and dare I say, "a pleasure." If there is a problem, I call a direct line to Mr. Radfar who answers the phone, listens to the problem, asks clarification questions, and organizes a car pick up and drop off for servicing. He is courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and competent as my car is always returned on time and good as new. He is why I am inspired to write this review. Thank you, C.J. You are the Best.
Great experience buying CPO Lexus from Samantha Cambridge - melissumd
I purchased a CPO from Samantha Cambridge in February 2016. It was a great experience. She was very professional and easy to deal with. I felt like we weren't playing games, and it was a good deal. I would come back to buy from her again.
Disappointed - Jaglex97
I wrote the dealer and asked to hear back from either the internet manager or fleet manager. My request was sent to an ordinary sales associate. Moreover, either he failed to read what I wrote or was not given it and his communication to me was not responsive. I wrote him and pasted my original communication and asked him to address my questions. Again, he did not respond but simply, two days later, wrote again and asked me to come and visit him. I have not need for dealers who treat me that way.
Worst customer service ever - Cheeyll
Loaner car got a slight damage over the rear quarter panel. They pretty told me I had to pay my deductible up front. Will never use them ever. Wasn't even my fault the car was parked in an underground garage. Lost a customer for life.
