Over the next several days, I continued to research Ford Freestyles in a variety of places, and Neil continued to answer my questions patiently, whenever I called, and to look up the answers and get back to me when he needed to.

Ultimately, Neil offered us a better deal than I had seen anywhere else, on a car with more options than we had hoped for. He is a warm-hearted professional, and a man of integrity, and I will happily return to him for our next car search. Thank you, Neil!
