I had a very unpleasant experience at Acura of Boston and felt disrespected throughout the process.
I worked with previous managers in the past, and those experiences were much better. They were professional, transparent, and easy to work with. I understand this is a business and the goal is to make money, but respect still matters.
I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership before. I returned because I expected a smooth and fair process. Instead, I was offered roughly 60 percent of my car’s current trade-in value. On top of that, I was given multiple negative comments about my vehicle, which felt unnecessary and dismissive.
At the same time, the vehicle I was interested in was priced about 40 percent higher than its market value. They refused to negotiate at all. The combination of a low trade offer, inflated pricing, and poor communication made the experience frustrating and disappointing.
Loyal customers should be treated better than this. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this dealership.
