I shopped for WEEKS, tried so many cars, so many different dealers and really didn't enjoy the shopping experience. One dealership, when I told them the car wasn't shifting properly, pretty much told me I didn't know how to drive. (Its what I do for a living, but thank you.) Other dealerships had really high prices, or super high mileage cars, and I was promised a lot in the way of what they could deliver but zero results. That was all before I walked into Fuller's Pre-owned Autos of Auburn. WOW, what a difference. I am picky, thrifty, and need to be SURE before spending thousands of dollars. Mark was amazing, even looked up a car I was looking at elsewhere to show me that car fax was clean. I thought that was very professional and built trust as it wasn't all about them, it was about my needs. I saw the NADA on my car as the computer faces the CUSTOMER..novel idea, huh?? No fancy sales gimmicks, just the facts. Great value on my trade, clean car with no issues going forward, and OH... every car comes with a FREE 24,000 mile warranty or 2 year whatever comes first which you will pay through the nose for somewhere else. I will never shop anywhere else, only wish I found them sooner. Not a huge lot but like any other dealership they can find you what you are looking for as they frequent the auctions, but they are very picky and all cars are sent through their own garage before going out on the lot. I found them by accident on Car Gurus and I'm so thankful as I was looking at a car one year older than the one I bought with more miles for more $$$. I got an amazing deal. Ask for Mark, and tell him Tracey sent you! You wont be sorry, you can take that to the bank! :)

We have been looking for a specific car for many months. I was actually hesitant to go into Roslindale since it was a longer driver than other dealerships, in the city, and I was not familiar with the dealership. I am so glad I went - in a matter of 4 days we had the car we were hoping for in our driveway! Scott was great - very knowledgeable and proud of what he does and where he works. He gave me a tour of the shop, introduced me to everyone, and ultimately did everything to make the experience a great one. My husband went in separately to test drive the car and had a similar experience. I would absolutely buy from them again. My only words of warning - limited parking at the dealership! Drive the smallest car you can when you go.:)

Going to small claims court an suing this company. They refused to let me return my car after it failed inspection. And the cost was over 10% of car to repair. Held on to the car so I could not exercise my lemon law. Law states date of purchase not possession. The had the car for three weeks be for I could pick it up. If this a problem for you as well. Tell them you don't want the car. And dam and they call the finance company and do a flat cancellation. If you take the car off the lot it is on you. They put used parts in to repair issues on the vehicles call the local licensing board to complaint he more complaints they could loose their dealers license also call the attorney generals office to file complaints . This was the first time I purchased a used car not through a dealer. I always had reservations about the used car lots and tended to avoid them at all costs. If that is/was also like you, then throw that stigma out the window and give Landes a try. I worked with Kyle – and like others mentioned here – there was absolutely no pressure. We exchanged emails a few times, starting with me inquiring about a Kia Forte and giving him my budget. He was super easy to work with and got a deal done without any hassles or the usual back-and-forths with "the manager". I feel like I got a great deal from a great family guy, and know that the vehicle was inspected by their mechanics before leaving the lot. About 30 minutes of signing papers, and I was out the door with my new/used car. I can't say enough good things about Kyle and Landes Family Auto Sales.

They met all of my demands and worked with me extremely well given the distance between us. They were not the most convent dealership for me but they were the best. I recently purchased a used Lexus RX350 for my teen daughter. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased in the last year and in comparing the three dealership experiences, this one was by far the best and it completely removed the bias I had in working with a small dealership again. Last experience at a smaller operation was unpleasant. However, Marshall Motors was different. The salesman, Jack, was terrific. I explained that I wanted the process to go easily as I did not have the time to go back and forth. The car was delivered to our driveway days later. Everything went off without a hitch and the owner included a small Bluetooth device that works great and it made my daughter very happy. I would ABSOLUTELY purchase another car from Marshall Motors.

Dealer inspected car after we purchased it ( my fault unaware of law at that stage) passed the car with faulty handbrake (emergency repair done by second mechanic showed zero brake pad lining and virtually zero handbrake function) 4. Did not give us signed copy of warranty 5. When car would not run accepted towing cost on phone but denied all knowledge when car arrived. Tower eventually paid but had to fight for this 6. Denied warranty covered any repair that was other than engine or transmission, ( so did not accept that warranty covered brakes, suspension, illegally worn tyres that would make car unsafe..read Mass Law on dealer warranty) 7. Wanted to charge me for work however never called with estimate, never asked for specific authorisation for work, no itemised account of work done) 8. Overall very frustrating, obstructive and down right dishonest....

If you live in Central Massachusetts you should stop by New England Motors of Leominster. It is a outstanding place to have your vehicles serviced. The people there are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. On several occasions I have dropped in to have my vehicles looked at and they have usually been able to work on any repairs the same day. For scheduled appointments they can offer a loaner vehicle. At each visit they do a thorough inspection of your vehicle and let you know of any issues that might pose a problem, "down the road", along with a detailed repair estimate. They have always been done on time and within the estimated cost for repairs. I am very happy with the service they provide and will remain a loyal, repeat customer.

My experience was awful for the most part dealerships hate lease buyouts since they make no money from reviews I thought this would be a decent dealership I was wrong they have no experience in dealing with people with challenged credit scores I worked at a nissan for 8 years and saw many credit scores and our sales department always worked to help these people. This dealership made me go in fill out a credit application and told me to go because they did not want to make me wait. They also told me they would give me a call to let me know of the outcome never called and swore up and down they left a message which I never received. They didn't help and dinged my credit 5 times. Beware and take your business elsewhere if you are in my situation.

Went in to Test Drive an 05 Highlander. Was priced $1000 over the KBB DEALER price. Talked to the 2 owners, They tried to convince me that Blue Book "was written for the west coast". So I used the NADA book on my phone, and they were still ~700 over Dealer price. And then they just finally told me that books don't matter, It's what people will pay. (I know I'm not purchasing a car for Book Price). So I wandered around and looked at a 2004 CR-V. I test drove that also. The noises were so bad the Salesman had to sing throughout the entire test drive. Headlights didn't line up. They prided themselves on being around for 30 years and that they couldn't have been around that long if they didn't sell nice cars. I think most of the Cars they had only had Nice CarFaxes.

I purchased a 2003 Nissan Murano. The sales side of it with Steve was easy going, he was friendly, answered all my questions. It wasn't until after I purchased the vehicle that I had some issues. I brought my car back for a couple of "issues" that were fixed without a problem. Well the last week of my 30 day warranty I experienced a CRAZY transmission problem while driving on the highway. Of course I called and brought my car in and was pretty much told that it must of been a "fluke thing." Sorry but I believe if it happened once, it'll happen again. So literally a week later, I ran into the owner of ANOTHER dealership that I was dealing with previously. I told him what I purchased, and without knowing about my transmission issue, he voluntarily told me that Nissan had an extended warranty on my vehicle, which was not told to me by any of the sales or service guys at Paul Clark. I understand its a volkswagon dealership and I bought a Nissan, but if they are selling the car, then they should know kind of warranty, if any, is associated with that car. I brought my car to the Nissan Dealership that same week and found out I had 3 weeks left to the warranty and long story short, ended up with a BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION!!! If I hadn't run into this previous dealer, i would of had no idea of this extended warranty and I would of been stuck with a vehicle with a really bad transmission! After this, I go back to Paul Clark, Inc and speak with Paul Clark directly. I explained to him the situation and asked in return for saving them $7000 on a new transmission if he would take care of another SAFETY issue that Nissan had brought to my attention that was going to cost me a $1000. He was very nice in person told me he wanted to talk to a couple of people first and he would call me back "shortly". That was the last time I spoke with him. I called twice a week for 5 weeks and left voicemails EVERY time. I also went to the dealership to speak with him directly and he was never in. No matter what kind of company you work for, that is just very poor customer service on any level, never mind when you are the owner of the dealership! He didn't even have the decency to call me back or even send an email. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anybody!!
