8/29/24 - Another 5 stars if I could give the service center 10. We were in a pinch and the service centers near our house were backed up for a few weeks. Spirit Ford was able to fit us and solve our issue. Sam Witte is a rock star! I would highly recommend their service department. The transmission gave out on my truck on the freeway near Dundee about 30 miles from our home. Sam Witte was our service rep and he was incredibly responsive, helpful and empathetic during this challenging and frustrating time. They completed the work before we expected and Sam worked with Ford Customer Service to help offset my out of pocket cost. Thank you Spirit Ford and Sam!

I came in 3/31/25 for my 30,000 mile maintenance on my car. I purchased my car here 3 yrs ago and have received all maintenance from this location. The process was streamline and efficient. The staff is always professional and courteous. I loved the video and text received during service that allowed me to approve new filters for my car. I relayed my experience to the staff where I work (VA Medical Center) in our weekly meeting the next day. The supervisor said, "What dealership is this?" and the staff was impressed by my experience.
