Finally called sales mgr today, he called back 10 min before closing and "was going to have someone come out and put them on, but since we're closing they wouldn't make it"... I got an apology and he suggested the he switch me to a different sales rep...can't wait....

Also, had appointment at 6:30 and did lots of sitting around waiting as our sales rep talked to other customers. When I asked about it he said, yeah the other guy had a later appointment but showed up early...Again, how is this my problem. We didn't get any type of feeling we were a valued customer.
