I actually enjoy going to my oil change appointments at Walser Hyundai. The waiting area is so pleasant and I always get a lot of work done or get caught up on reading. I bring my laptop and use the wifi. I appreciate the popcorn and the coffee and water. The place is so bright and clean and well-kept. I feel comfortable there. Oh, and they always do a great job with my car, too :)

Jeremy checked me in for my 2nd covered routine maintenance visit for my Tucson and was pleasant to work with. In addition to the oil change, tire rotation and inspection, they also updated my navigation software and performed recall work that I was unaware of, all at no charge.

My check engine light came on and I was able to bring my car in first thing in the morning. I received a ride to work and back to the dealership. They couldn't finish the repair that day so they let me borrow a loaner car. I received my repaired car the next morning. They were pleasant to work with. My car is running fine now.

Inn late winter, I purchased a Ford C-Max Energi from Inver Grove Heights (excellent experience) and brought the car in in June for an inspection prior to taking a long trip. The car had a warranty. They found a problem and fixed it using the warranty plus a service charge. But it was super helpful that the dealer insurance covered a rental car and that Inver Grove Ford picked up and dropped of my car for servicing, and even drove me to the rental car place to return it. This was not so easy to arrange, but Dylan Ronayne took the time to make sure it was all coordinated so my experience was superior. Thank you. This was a dream after the nightmare experience I had purchasing an unsafe car with Milaca Motors in January.
