She went the extra mile and if she didn't know the answer she knew who to go to on the Walser team to get it. It is clear the whole Walser team is set up to provide expertise every step of the way in the buying process. I was injured broken ankle and arm in casts so needed to do the purchase online. Eide's Motto of "Timesaving, Hassle Free, Fair Price" is spot on! It's been a number of years since we purchased a new vehicle. After dealing with a couple of "local" dealerships, I found a 2025 Compass on Eide's website. I cold called Eide and was connected to Ethan Urbanowicz. He listened to my concerns and vehicle requirements. Ethan was extremely prompt in providing details on my desired Compass. We live 2 hours from St. Cloud and I had never processed a cars deal over the phone. Within a day, Ethan had all the details and an Out-the-door price to me. My crosstrek needed some warranty work & I live an hour away from the dealership & can’t drive right now due to some health problems.
