Detail cleaned my car twice, once before purchase, and once right after. Poor job both times, and they damaged my paint washing it. Service damaged the hood and touched it up with paint and told no one, I was not compensated for this in any way, not even a 'sorry that happened'.
This is such a small amt of the problems I had with this dealership, Eich VW. I hope it helps you in your car search. Be careful with these people. There are some good cons working there.
If I'd asked around I'd have learned why NOT to go to Eich! Ask people about their experience with Eich before you go there.
