Terry was straightforward and did not hesitate when i asked if there was a better price. He wants to sell cars. I got UNDER the price I was quoted, and under invoice. I also had the "administrative fee" waived with no discussion and bought a car with more options than i planned to but at a lower price than i expected. The entire sale was straightforward and happily painless. There was absolutely no hassle, only polite and thankful sales people, and even the managers were interested in my internet experience.

Any time they have noticed something that I might want to take care of, they would come to me and tell me what the problem is. They then go into detail on the options I have to fix it and how much each option would cost. They never do anything with out asking you first. They treat you with the up-most respect and go out of their way with customer service.

One time I went for service and they took me to a close grocery store so I could do my grocery shopping while they worked on my car. They picked me up within a 5 minutes of me calling them to pick me up, helped me load my grocries in the car. I now drive 30-45 minutes depending on the traffic to go here when there is a Mazda dealership just 5 minutes away from my house. As long as I live in KC I will never go anywhere else.
