I had previously decided that I wanted a Mazda3 after a test drive at another dealer and decided to try to do the deal over the internet. Amazingly, of the four dealers I contacted through their websites, only two of four responded when I asked all for their best out the door price. Bommarito West Mazda was the only one that consistently answered my emails and followed through. It took a few days of emails back and forth to get a clarification of the exact price for a specific model. The internet salesperson Terry Landers then called me, and gave me a very good price for a car with a sunroof---an option that i had not intended to get. But, I figured that I would go and see what they had and what they could do with pricing. I went in and met with Terry, looked at a bunch of cars, and drove one. Terry was straightforward and did not hesitate when i asked if there was a better price. He wants to sell cars. I got UNDER the price I was quoted, and under invoice. I also had the "administrative fee" waived with no discussion and bought a car with more options than i planned to but at a lower price than i expected. The entire sale was straightforward and happily painless. There was absolutely no hassle, only polite and thankful sales people, and even the managers were interested in my internet experience.

I have never had better service than what I have received from Rob Sights Mazda(formerly Bob Sights). Any time they have noticed something that I might want to take care of, they would come to me and tell me what the problem is. They then go into detail on the options I have to fix it and how much each option would cost. They never do anything with out asking you first. They treat you with the up-most respect and go out of their way with customer service.
One time I went for service and they took me to a close grocery store so I could do my grocery shopping while they worked on my car. They picked me up within a 5 minutes of me calling them to pick me up, helped me load my grocries in the car. I now drive 30-45 minutes depending on the traffic to go here when there is a Mazda dealership just 5 minutes away from my house. As long as I live in KC I will never go anywhere else.
