This one is the worst one I have ever gone to in my whole life. We came in on a Sunday just looking around, we really weren't in serious buying mode. BUT then we found a vehicle for a great price and just couldn't pass it up. They didn't give us a fair trade in (but do they ever?) on our previous vehicle (even though we had papers in our hand proving its worth). Even though we liked the truck, we were there for 6 hours. It was Sunday. I have no idea what they were doing that took so long. We were there so long we ended up having to leave in the middle to go get something to eat. When we got back, we were passed from one salesman to another, and had to go over everything all over again. SO finally we leave after the evening (in a vehicle by the way that we had to gas up to get home it had so little gas in it). We think that everything is fine because we signed papers and it was all ok. NO, we get a call on a Thursday afternoon after we purchased the truck Sunday asking for more money down because they can't get a bank to finance us! We said absolutely not, we signed papers and this is where it stays. They told us they couldn't get the loan so we had to bring the truck back if we weren't going to give them money. Notice, he waited all week not to call (apparently he was too busy to get a loan for the vehicle we already had). He called us on a Friday to tell us to bring it back (we live 60 miles from the dealership and told them if they wanted their f*ing truck back to come get it, they refused) just so we couldn't look for legal counsel because what he was doing was obviously illegal. The sale was final, nothing in my paperwork said anything about *upon loan approval, NO I still have the paperwork for the truck we no longer have. So i wasted 6 hours on the first day, and then had to spend half a day returning the truck. When we got there to get it back they NEVER apologized or offered any kind of "other option." Salesmen were all so worried about getting another sale while we were there the first time, we got put on the back burner (this is why we got transferred to another salesman half way through) WORST DEALERSHIP IN THE WHOLE STATE

Awesome experience!
