I recently bought a 2026 Trail Boss. This is the 4th vehicle I've purchased from Henderson Chevy. Once again they made my purchase stress-free. Fleet manager Dan Gough really did a great job. No pressure...just great customer service. In summary it was a great sales experience and I'm very happy with my truck. I highly recommend Henderson Chevy. 5 star dealership!

We had a wonderful and quick experience at Riverton. Mike G., our salesman, answered all of our questions, gave us all of the information about all of the features. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We ended up buying a 2026 Traverse and got a good deal on it! We wanted to check out various vehicles and he pulled each one up for us and took his time showing us around each of them. When we made our decision, the whole process went nice and quickly. We have bought our last 4 vehicles from Riverton and have always been happy. We tend to keep our vehicles for quite a few years so it had been a while since we purchased one and I have to say that Mike G. and the financing with Lesandro went so much quicker and smoother than the last time we bought a new vehicle – 2016. All of the people there were so friendly and they seemed like a close knit, family type company.

I recently visited the Chevrolet dealership for maintenance service and an oil change on my Chevrolet Silverado ZR2, and I must say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The moment I drove into the dealership, I was immediately acknowledged and courteously directed to the appropriate department that could assist me with my vehicle service needs. The appointment representative was professional, welcoming, and highly organized, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. Mr. Sellers provided outstanding customer service by thoroughly explaining the maintenance services recommended for my vehicle and ensuring I understood what was needed. He also went above and beyond by guiding me on where and how to obtain an accessory I needed for my Silverado ZR2, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the dealership’s courtesy transportation service was truly top-notch. I was given a ride home while my vehicle was being serviced and later picked up once the maintenance was completed. Tom, who drove me both home and back to the dealership, was exemplary. He was professional, courteous, and drove with great care and professionalism throughout the entire experience. Overall, the level of customer service provided by this dealership was outstanding. My Salesman, Art Ruiz, was very cordial and not pressured. I was considering purchase of a GMC 1500 truck. I was offered a test ride. I received an explanation of the sales process at Hohl. I was shown the rest room and coffee bar while waiting how the numbers worked out. Ciso Esparza, the Finance Manager I worked with, was highly organized and courteous. Overall, this was the best purchase experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle and I have purchased many new vehicles in my life.

Service needs competent mechanics. $1000 charged and still didn't fix the problem. Returned 500 miles later with same problem. They called and said it would be $3500 to fix. I asked why they didn't fix the problem the first time. He stated "he didn't know". I asked if they would credit the $1000 I had already spent. Just a definite "NO". I have bought 4 new trucks from them and this is the way they treat their valued customers. They use to be a great place to do business, but not anymore.
