Have taken my RDX here since i purchased and refuse to let anyone touch it but their service department. Always keep me informed if they find something which would need my approval to fix. They now have a system where they take a picture and send it to me while servicing to show what they found. I totally appreciate this. Excellent dealership. Highly recommend !

The service department is amazing and helpful! They’re always addressing my concerns with any vehicle issue that I have and they never try to do more than what’s needed. I’ve been scammed by other auto shops and Volkswagen has never done anything to steer us wrong. I’d highly recommend their service department to anyone. They guys are always nice when I walk in and they always greet everyone with a friendly smile. David has always been helpful ever since I bought my Volkswagen and he has always made sure I had the correct info for my vehicle warranty and helped me better understand it in my decision making.

Tyler checked some things to see if it was a minor repair. Unfortunately, it ended up being the A/ C compressor. Tyler offered a coupon discount over the original estimate and my car was repaired within a reasonable timeframe. I highly recommend seeing Tyler if you need service on you Cadillac.
