I bought my 21 jeep wrangler 4xe from Bonneville and the purchasing process was OK. The jeep had many issues (but what did I expect it's a hybrid) However, the service department is OUTSTANDING and I would buy another vehicle from them just because of the service department. The Service Manager, Bill Perkins, helped me more times than I can remember, with his time, recommendations and sharing his vehicle knowledge. In my 50+ years of owning vehicles and interacting with auto dealers, he is the nicest and easiest to deal with in all those years. Bonneville is lucky to have him.

While on vacation our Pacifica had an unusual problem, the shifter needed replacement, but the problem came and went, making it difficult to isolate. Josh and Jon were able to work us in despite being very busy and managed to fix the issue and get us back on the road. We made it back to Virginia with no problems thanks to these fine men! I recommend them highly and would trust them anytime.

Yesterday I called into the dealership from Florida to get help disabling a sensor from a minor mishap over the weekend. Connor Heyland picked up the call as service was busy, Connor could not have been any more helpful! Truth be told, I didn't introduce myself...I think I was frantic and just needed help to shut it off and Connor did just that with his patience and kindness! Darlene is always pleasant to work with and she goes above and beyond to help her customers. She truly cares and she is always there, early, late, working to help her customers.
