I wasn't able to start my car on Friday morning. After getting a jump start I took it straight up to MINI of Mt. Laurel. They took me right away & spent lots of time checking everything out, doing a thorough job working on it. Tonya was my service advisor & did a great job. She & Jacob took time to talk with me about what was going on. They took care of everything & I was able to leave a little while later. Everyone was so accommodating & helpful, for which I'm grateful because my car being in distress was quite stressful for me. They took great care of my car & me also.

The courtesy and friendship of all staff members (sales, service, financing…) is great. They also have a good inventory of cars and when you need to do service it is completed fast and the car returned at the time promised. Only area of improvement will be to offer higher discount offers or reduce the cost of some services.
