I recently bought a pre-owned Subaru Forester from Lacy. It was my first time doing business with them. Every aspect of my experience working with Lacy was superb. Don and JC were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and generous with their time. They never pushed or rushed me. It was a stress-free pleasure working with them. Lacy’s inventory is large and I had many options. When I chose my Forester, Lacy prepped it to perfection. Without my asking, they also put on new tires, filters, and wipers, and checked and inspected the car. They also handled the registration, plates, and stickers. I drove off the lot with a car that looks, feels, and drives like a brand-new model. Lacy exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the sale process. Don and JC stayed in touch throughout and kept me informed. On top of that, they stayed within my budget. In the end, Lacy’s price for my model beat any of the competition’s. I can’t think of anything that was lacking in my experience. I am thrilled with my purchase and I feel very lucky. I highly recommend Don, JC, and the whole Lacy team.

My check engine light was on and I went to the Johnstown Ford for service. I thought I had made an appointment on line, but apparently it didn’t go through. I explained this to Service Advisor Stephen Pike, and he said that he would do everything he could to accommodate me. In fact I rented a car there and they called me that evening to tell me the problem with my car. My car was ready the first thing in the morning the next day and I was on my way. This service center is very efficient and they made my experience pleasant.

My electric truck has been in this shop since July 3rd. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received so far if you could even call it service. There’s been zero communication unless initiated by me asking for updates. The most recent correspondence from them was that they had not fixed my truck, that the HYBRID battery was bad (I do not have a hybrid vehicle, 100% electric) and that I would receive an update today. At this point there is gross negligence happening at this dealership, by both the mechanics and the office staff. I would NEVER recommend anyone coming here for any type of repair. If this wasn’t a company fleet truck I would have bailed WEEKS ago.

Disappointed with this dealership. My first vehicle from them I had no issues. Wanted to trade every 3 years. This would have been my year to trade, however I have had many issues with the service department. First thing that happened within a week of bringing it home engine light came on. I took it back and they shut the light off and told me to drive it , if I had a problem just call Ford roadside assistance. I expressed I would be driving in a no cell phone service area. Did not seem to be a problem to them. Took it back twice more before they finally changed the sensor. Next sun roof cover got stuck due to a part coming unglued, cover was stuck in so mechanic pulled it out and hooked but said don't use until they can get it fixed, took it back again and they said it was not their problem and car was off warranty by a month. Talked with Danny and he assured me they would get it fixed took it in he worked on it and couldn't figure it out . He told me they would contact Ford and figure it out. This has been 18+ months ago and it still is not fixed. Lastly the drivers door support arm came unhooked due to a recall from Ford. This was diagnosed of needing a new door o. 9/26/2024, still waiting for the door , service department has had several excuses for not fixing this. They never ordered the door until January after multiple calls to get them to order it. Door supposedly is still on backorder from Ford.

Recently bought a new ford bronco badlands sasquash vehicle and they sold it to me with a scratched/ cracked windshield and then they refused to fix it. Since its a safety concern will be reporting to the new york state attorney general on lemon laws. If Morris Ford doesn't care about you or your families safety why shop here ?? GO elsewhere and if this dealership also tried to scam you contact the Attorney General and report this dealership like I did. I'm also a combat disabled veteran so don't fall for their bull-crap military appreciation either just a sales tactic they don't care about veterans safety obviously. DO NOT SHOP HERE !!! You will regret it !!!!!
