I bought my truck from Chrysler Jeep in 2017. I have been faithful to this company for the entire time always serviced my vehicle there and in total spent about $100,000.
My truck went in for service. They had it for five weeks when I got it back. I was missing my radar detector, my auto tire, inflator, and my phone holder.. I contacted the service manager, Max Santiago. He said he would look at the video tapes to hopefully find out who took my property..
He informed me that no one in his shop would steal my belongings however, there was no forced entry. They had the keys for five weeks. My items are missing and he told me to call the police. He’s not responsible. It is true they are not responsible, but after buying my vehicle there and having it serviced for eight years you would think they would be a little more compassionate. . They never bothered to review surveillance. My items are worth approximately $500.. I got zero satisfaction for this ordeal with.. I will never step foot into this dealership again.
All I can say is beware. They lost a good customer.
