Excellent service from the Service Department!! We had a travel emergency, oil pressure fail light turned ON. We were able to GOOGLE search for a CJDR dealer and were able to drive there. Bill Perry understood the emergency, and was able to slot us into the service schedule. Tech Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the problem, the oil pressure sensor blew out and is leaking oil. Super good technician 👏👏 . So, sensor replaced, oil and filter change done, checked sump for metallic particles, and a complete vehicle inspection done. All this done in two hours on their busy schedule. Cost? Much less than I expected, worth every penny for peace of mind. Back on the road, 6 hour trip to home, the Jeep performed flawlessly. Shall definitely visit Hiester CJDR again as needed, they are located an hour North of our kids. Very good to have a backup plan. Thank you to the team at Hiester CJDR. - Mark S.

Worse experience I've ever had at a dealership repair shop. They took my money and didn't fix anything that was wrong with the car. All they did was a tune-up and water pump, after which the car still wasn't running, and they took $3,400 to do nothing to make the car run. I even had to take it to another mechanic for an additional $2,100 of repairs, totaling $5,500 for something that should have cost only $800. Biggest fail in the history of all repair shop fails. They think they should get a participation trophy (ie. your money) just for trying to repair your car, not actually fixing it, but just for trying. There is something wrong with that kind of thinking. It makes them unethical and not trust worthy, and they will not work with you to actually fix your car after they've done nothing to fix it but still taking your money. And they will blame you and make excuses and then do nothing but take the money and run and leave you with a car that's not fixed.

The rear hatch on my SRX wouldn’t open any more. I took it to a Cadillac dealership who advised me that the issue was un-fixable as the necessary part was no longer available. In desperation, I called Randy Marion Cadillac for a second opinion. The receptionist connected me with Danny who knew what my problem was even before I had the chance to tell him I already knew. They fixed the problem with a brand new part and cleaned my car so well, my wife yelled at me for buying new rims. Danny was personable, knowledgable and responsive. Since he was able to save me some money from the original quote (one of the parts turned out to be unnecessary), he offered to also repair another issue (strong salesman’s skills). I couldn’t be happier. Kudos to senior management for running a tight ship, Danny my advisor and to the mechanics. Nice job !
