Dear Mr. Hickman, I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Lasure; service advisor, last month. After visiting many dealerships, Jordan listened to my plea and had no issue assisting me in finding a solution to repair my 2005 Chevrolet SSR Pickup Truck. He introduced me to one of your mechanics that was familiar with this classic vehicle. His knowledge of and expert troubleshooting was impressive to say the least. Jordan is an excellent communicator who kept me informed during repairs. I picked up my vehicle better then I left it. I did this review because Jordan wouldn’t let me walk away unsatisfied. His can do attitude won me over immediately! Everyone in the service department was professional and treated me with respect every time I visited service. I felt like a new truck owner, but knowing Chevrolet still has a 19 year old truck on the road is a true testimonial they build great vehicles. I’m really not a review customer but felt you needed honest feedback that Parks Chevrolet Huntersville got it right. You all have earned my loyalty. Overall, the company's owner must be great too because he/she makes the decisions and seems to always decide what's right for the customer. Honest and fair. 5 stars.

Geoffrey was excellent, kept me informed, honest and always friendly. I had my oil changes done at a different dealer because it was closest when we moved to NC. It was always a hassle, once they forgot an important part which affected breaking which could have landed me dead. Now we are north Raleigh. Very professional. Geoffrey is excellent. Wish they did not have their desks where they hear the garage doors crash down. That has to be hard for the employees all day. The doors are loud! Please change this, not for customers but for employees. We are looking at the plug in Rav 4 next. Very pleased with our hybrid.

The folks in the service shop on LeJeune Blvd were friendly and professional! The comfy chairs and couches in the waiting room are an upgrade from my previous waiting room experiences! They could benefit from ambient lighting and moving away from the fluorescent lighting in those areas but it didn’t detract from my experience.
