Had recall on Kia Soul. Called made an appointment and expected to drive vehicle back home same day. During diagnostics there was an "Oops" moment and I was advised car was unsafe to drive and they would have to order part for necessary repair. Eric Hicks, service adviser, ordered an uber which took me to Enterprise Rentals and provided me transportation home. Eric kept me advised over next few days status of vehicle. Kia of Burlington went beyond what I expected to get vehicle back on road and I am very appreciative of their excellent service. I would recommend Kia of Burlington and especially their service department to others. Thank you Kia and Thank you Eric.

I had a license plate issue. The brads were stripped out and I took it to them, and they jumped right on it for me. In no time they had me taken care of. I know it was a little problem, but it makes me realize they will take care of me when the big problems come along.

The service department is second to none. Every employee is very professional and friendly. Special kudos to Bob Parente, who's customer service skills are second to none. I was originally going to wait, but the car needed work beyond the oil change & tire rotation that was scheduled. I do need to note that the new furniture in the waiting area is not appropriate for the disabled; the chairs slide backward when you try to stand, which is a fall risk.

This dealership sold me a service contract with Ally. Ally sucks. The service advisor is burdened with the paperwork instead of "advising". Dealing with Ally sucks so bad that I paid .5% more interest to move my business to my local bank. Waynesville sold me this xxxxxxxx and I hold them solely responsible for burdening me and their advisors with this crap.
