Excellent communication and service, as usual. I arrived early for my service appointment and was greeted with a smile by John. Told him what I was there for and was informed my service contract h I arrived early for my service appointment and was greeted with a smile by John. Told him what I was there for and was informed my service contract had expired..........oops on my part. Went over what I wanted done then took my shuttle to loaf while I waited. Had a pleasant conversation with Paul during my shuttle ride. While waiting for my vehicle work I received a call from Sam in the service center. He handled a small snafu at no charge to me, he didn't have to, but he did. This kind of dedication to the customer is what keeps me coming back to Coastal Kia. Was picked back up and dropped off to get my car, more chatting with Paul, great guy. Went in and settled up payment and had a nice conversation with John and Sam, not all car talk but an actual meaningful interaction. I then went over to parts dept and ordered something else. I consider these folks at Coastal Kia a part of my extended family because of the treatment I get on each visit. On a side note, I've conversed with several employees over the years I've dealt with Coastal, since 2017, and the good things they've said about Pat shines a light on the family atmosphere. Anyways, thumbs up on the whole experience. Great job guys. More
