Joseph Buick Service is great, called at last minute and they were able to fit me it. I waited for my car while they changed my oil and rotated my tires. Was quick and everyone was very pleasant and kept me up to date. Check out was easy, even offered me cookies! Waiting room is large, clean and they have coffee and water available. Will be back

I purchased my vehicle at the used car lot from Ruth and I definitely recommend you going to her if your looking for a gently used car. Mine is a used pre- certified. The service dept. Takes awhile to get things done but I do feel confident they are done right. The gentleman who took care of me his name is Pete. He is nice but very " disorganized " . His desk is a mess . My keys were lost for over 20 mins . This after I paid and already waited 5 hours for my car. My appt was at 10:30 and they didn't get done until 3:30. Rear breaks and an oil change. I was not happy. My anxiety was up thinking my keys were gone. Eventually they were found . All was good

The waiting area is cozy and clean and you can watch from the big bay window as they work on your vehicle. Quick, thorough, and friendly. Can’t ask for more than that!
