Let me begin by saying I read some of these reviews and wanted to share my experience with Mitch and Gary in the Service Dept. I bought my A5 at another dealership yet I have been treated like Royalty by these folks when I visit. My car is fine and needed no repairs however I have added The European Bi Xenon w/ LED DRL, custom RS style grill, window tinting, etc... Matt Flowers spent more than a week programming a new computer that had to be installed to run the new headlights. I couldn't find anyone to do this without flying them in from Cali or Europe. Long story short , Matt made my $3000 headlights work sweet. When it comes time to buy my next car it will definitely be from Audi of Tulsa. PS: The car I had prior to my Audi was from Lexus of a Tulsa ( another Don Thorton dealership) They too treated me like Royalty both in Service and Sales.

I always recommend the service team at Billingsley to all my friends and relatives. I think they are absolutely the best there is. They always know exactly what to do to fix my Lincoln no matter what the problem is. Even though I drive an older Lincoln Town Car (1999), they always treat me as if I am driving a brand new Lincoln. Also, whenever the repair is going to take more than a few hours to complete, they always offer another Lincoln to drive until my car is ready. They are always completely professional in all they do.

Let me start out by saying that I do not trust many dealerships. I usually prefer a local garage if I can’t fix something. I own three VW turbo diesel vehicles. Over the last two years I have developed a relationship with the service department that is very important to me. John the service manager and Matt the lead tech have more than earned my respect and trust. My early experience at don thorton led me to believe I was being lied to. I was not happy. After all nothing is cheap about a VW repair where ever you go. The service manager and the lead tech Matt took me back to the car and proved their case. Contrary to my impression They had gone out of their way to make my situation work! Then given the entirety of the information I realized the type of folks I was working with. Just hard working, honest, customer oriented service professionals. I not only was was happy but I return again and again. John is an excellent service manager. Who’s views on customer service is what I think we all wish everyone’s was. I once had traveled out of town in a remote area and after a VW of America upgrade caused a fault in the system Doss from service and a tech on a Saturday helped me to figure out what was going on and how to compensate for it. They didn’t have to do that. Some may say they shouldn’t have but my wife and young kids sure appreciated it. I love my VW TDI’s and John let me know on one of my service visits they were fixing the TDI emissions buy back cars and they were for sale again. I bought another VW TDI I. January. I have had great experience with parts, service and sales but if were not for John, Curtis, Doss, of service I would never have given sales or parts the chance. I have had my vehicle serviced at many dealerships, but have never felt as family as much as I had here. I brought my Encore in for some service and was amazed at how I was treated. Every person that I had spoken with were very sweet and polite. Robert had me in and out quickly and even offered to accommodate me with a vehicle to use while I waited for mine. I felt the need to make sure everyone knows that this dealership is awesome. I will definitely be back.
