I’ve been a loyal customer for decades, have always - Mick Markovich
I’ve been a loyal customer for decades, have always driven a Dodge truck and had all service and repairs completed at the dealer. Thousands of dollars in work, including an incredible amount of money for the faulty DEF system that RAM refuses to reimburse me for even though there is an extended warranty on the system. Quigley recently did some work on my front end for me, a few weeks later the same problem came up, and I was told “someone did some work on your passenger front that’s gonna need fixed.” When I told them they did the work, there was instant silence, but I still had to pay for everything, which I did without complaint.
Last week I tried to take advantage of MOPAR’s buy 3 tires get 1 for a dollar. I called Quigley to try to set up an appointment and buy the tires, but the customer service was terrible. They clearly were trying to make it difficult so I would give up on the deal, which I did.
I took a long hard look at all my years of service at Quigley and realized I was the one being polite and professional, I was the one providing them with customer service instead of the other way around.
I sent an email expressing my concerns to Steve and the GM and the response was, sorry to lose your business because we didn’t have the tires you wanted in stock. Best of luck.
Customer service has continued to decrease in our Country, the days of businesses wanting happy customers that want to return is long gone.
I have never written a bad review for any business, but I’m done with Quigley and Dodge RAM as far as I’m concerned. As long as their business is running good and money is coming in, they don’t care about loyal customers.
Poor customer service!
No more service and no more purchases from me at Quigley of Boyertown.
