I went into Nazareth Ford for a 60,000-mile service on my 2017 Ford Edge. This is where I met my service representative, Zane Henninger. His warmth and ability to connect was clear from the start and he made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. I left my car at the dealership for pickup later in the day, and Zane kept me informed of the status of my car as well as the findings. I had asked that a front-end noise be evaluated and was impressed when I received a call with him and a few others trying to pinpoint my concern. They were unable to find anything of concern, and I am well-assured that the issue was properly assessed. Zane’s genuine love of the product he represents (FORD) and his outstanding customer service were evident in every interaction I had with him. In every instance, he consistently went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. On another note, every single person I encountered was helpful, friendly and professional at the same time.
