Had a service appointment on 07/31/25 to bring 2021 Camry in for Airbag recall. Eric Heflin was a great help as our Service Advisor. The service technician discovered we had a nail in our rear tire and repaired it so we were in great shape to head home. We appreciate the prompt service and the courteous staff in Beaman Toyota Service Center. The waiting room is very comfortable, modern, and provides water, coffee, and other amenities to customers. Eric kept us informed regarding our car’s progress and let us know right away when our car was ready to drive home.

JB is my go to Guy in the service department. He is always dependable, responds quickly and very helpful. I recently needed to use my wheel and tire warranty for my X3 BMW. JB immediately called roadside service and scheduled them to pick up my car. He text the next day to follow up to see the car had been picked up, which it hadn’t been done. JB sent another request out to roadside service and my was picked up that night. He notified me that he had the car and when it was completed. I appreciate JB for always making my experience positive at BMW.
