I was having trouble with my driver side headlight and popped into Toyota of Cool Springs without an appointment to see if I could get some help on an easy fix . Casey had squeezed me into the schedule and got my problem taken care of pretty quickly and also pointed out that my battery had gone bad after a basic inspection. I felt confident leaving Toyota that my car was in good hands and my problems have been taken care of.

Had rear brakes installed. Told me I needed a new battery, so opted for that as well. Didn't tell me the front brakes needed replacing until they were done. Had they told me up front, I'd have replaced them as well. Now I have to waste another day while the front brakes are serviced. They did a good job, just didn't respect my time.

I brought my 2009 Rav-4 in for service on March 12, 2024.for oil/filter change and a tire patch. The Service Advisor advised me of the technicians findings which was recommended: air and cabin filter, replace spark plugs, replace drive belt, battery service, cleaning of the terminals. I had my car serviced six (6 months ago) in September 2023, yet the tech in September did not advise me of these things needed to be done. Filters are not going to get as filthy as they were (the tech text a photo) in 6 months. So why didn't the tech in September know this. Also the tech March 12, 2024 states the front struts need to be replaced. It seems the tech in September 2023 did not go a very good job. I am not PLEASED, when I bring my vehicle in for service I am trusting that the tech is fully trained and would advise me of what repairs are needed, THANKS to the tech on March 12, 2024 who made these recommendations,

This was important to me because I'm in the covid high risk category since I had had open heart surgery and a later heart attack as well as other prior surgeries

Amanda was absolutely stellar in providing excellent customer service to me today in the service department. She explained everything thoroughly and when it turned out that my issue was something that I needed to do by renewing a subscription and was not a mechanical problem, she put me at ease when I was embarrassed by my lack of knowledge. I was certainly blessed by having Amanda wait on me. I have nothing but high praise for her and will continue to take my car to Wyatt Johnson Toyota.

So very grateful for Tim and Todd in Fox’s Service Department, they truly went above and beyond! On our way to the airport at 6 in the morning we blew out 3 tires on 75 south luckily Fox was the next exit, expecting to just leave it and hoping to Uber in time to make our flight, we were so blessed to meet Tim and Todd who had come in early. They took care of our van and Todd got us to the airport in time, since we couldn’t get an Uber at that hour. We made our flight and my son got to his soccer game that afternoon!
