Landon Oden did a great job in getting the car ready for pickup and everyone at the dealership who was involved in my transaction was very courteous and easy to work with. I felt very comfortable with him assisting me with my new car purchase. When my new RAV4 came in, he came to my home to drive me to the dealership to get my car. My son, Brain, was to take me but he was on duty at Maryville Fire Department that day. Otherwise, I would have had to wait until the next day or Monday to pick it up. I purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 and Mary McDaniel was the sales person. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. They offer a 30 day/1000 mile warranty on the car which doesn't sound like much but most used cars are as is. I live in Hot Springs Arkansas which is a 3 hour drive to the dealer, but for the deal I got it was well worth it. The very next day the thermostat went out and I was prepared to drive back to Memphis to use the warranty to get it fixed. It was suggested that I get it repaired in Hot Springs and they would cover the cost. I did that today and 45 minutes after City Auto was contacted that the repairs were completed the bill was paid. I couldn't ask for better customer service and definitely recommend this dealership. Every bit a 5 star company. Ask for Mary when you go.

I've bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime...more than 30. I'd call myself an "expert" at doing car deals. I'm realistic and don't come in trying to low ball a dealer...profit is not a dirty word. That said, I'm not a sucker that gets taken advantage of either. My experience with Nelson Mazda Cool Springs was a bit different than I'm used to. I sat down with the salesperson and they pulled up the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. We went over the numbers. I was not sure that the deal I was offered was the best deal I could get, and with their "no haggle" pricing, it was a "take it or leave it" proposition, so I left. I did my due diligence by trying to work a deal on the same vehicle at two other Mazda dealers. Both were within about $200 of each other but neither was as good a deal as Nelson Mazda had pitched me. So I went back, ate some crow, and accepted their offer. I'm a haggler. An old school car buyer that expects to start discussing pricing at dealer invoice, work deals on cars that have sat on the lot for a long period of time, etc. None of that was necessary at Nelson. While they didn't "discount" the new car, they did show an over allowance on my trade which more than made up for it. I'm an "out the door" buyer, so where the numbers come from don't matter to me as long as the bottom number is one I can accept. Everyone was very friendly and I really appreciated sitting at the table with the salesperson as they worked the numbers. No "let me go see my sales manager" mumbo jumbo. Just a straight forward deal, a decent interest rate (given current rates), and a friendly staff. If you are a novice car buyer, or just don't like the rush of a good haggling session that can last days or weeks, take your business to Nelson Mazda. They really do make it easy.

I found the Jeep of my dreams 2 hours away from home after looking for years and Trent went above and beyond to make it a reality! When they say no pressure they really mean it. It was entirely a stress free experience. Not only was Trent professional and experienced, he was fun and easy to talk to. He also volunteered to deliver right to my door which was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated! He then checked in later on to ensure I was still happy. Spoiler alert: I love my Jeep! Hands down ABSOLUTE BEST place to buy a vehicle in Memphis! The people here are very warm and welcoming and treat you like family! We were in the market for a car for my daughter's 16th birthday and we weren't sure what we wanted to get yet. We were able to freely look around and not be harassed like we had been at other dealerships. They have a large inventory with a variety of different vehicles in ONE place. When my daughter found a car she liked the staff made sure we got what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Very nice vehicles at fair prices. No mark ups. One of the best dealership experiences ever! Down to earth , honest folks. Well worth the 3 hour drive. Scott Jackson worked up the deal before making the drive out and Joshua Young was the salesperson I dealt with at the dealership. Both were top notch. Never pushy. The entire transaction was seamless all the way through financing. And even with the shortage they had an awesome selection. Absolutely one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases ever. There was a slight overcalculation in the county tax probably since I was from out of state , and they mailed me an overage check within 2 weeks without me even inquiring . Talk about fair and honest! The dealership interior is a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. I have been to some super fancy big city dealerships that look like you're walking in the Taj Mahal. But you have to sit and ask yourself who is paying for that beautiful environment. Yes, that's right you the customer. I would much rather take a HomeTown dealership with honest fair pricing / pushy big city dealerships any day. I highly recommend Stinnett Automotive and will definitely do business with them again in the future .
