I own a Chevy Bolt which is under the manufacturer recall to replace its battery pack. Nick the service advisor took great care to understand why my car's battery pack was not functioning as it should - he consulted with GM's battery rep and ordered the replacement battery pack. Within a week the new battery was installed. Will not go the any other Chevy dealer in the future since Classic is the best! thanks also the David the sales manager who assisted in the process.

Due to my doing this caused a delay in accounts with GM Financial and my impatience going off and made a rude comment and a bad review. I am here to correct that review that has since been deleted. Out of all of the many-many makes of cars I have owned in my lifetime; Texan Buick GMC provides the BEST service! I am in my mid 70's and I have owned a lot of vehicles from Porches, Lincolns, Cadillacs, etc., etc.; thus, when I say Texan Buick GMC is the BEST, there have been many other dealerships who have had their chance to be the best, but none compared to Texan Buick GMC, i.e., they have no competition!

Just took my 2022 Sierra 4x4 Texas Edition GMC Truck in to have the heated seat chip installed since it was not available when purchased about 6 months ago. Took 2hrs 15 minutes to get there...32 MPG on my 3.0 Diesel which rides like my wife's Navigator. Scheduled an appointment and it was done in an hour. Smooth as silk. Tyler was great in service...even sent me a text to track how it was going or available during service if I had a question. Tyler even told me there would be a free shuttle if I wanted to go eat lunch while waiting. What? First time ever been treated like that and I'm 73. Thankyou Tyler and thank you Classic for service above and beyond.
