2023 Silverado 2500 broke down pulling travel trailer as - james.kipps

2023 Silverado 2500 broke down pulling travel trailer as we were coming through Amarillo. We were able to limp into the dealership late in the day and was professionally greeted. I was able to explain the issue I was having, and they immediately went to the truck to get a code reading. They had a pretty good idea what was wrong and explained it could be a couple of days depending on the parts, but they said they would immediately get it tore down to get things rolling ASAP. They were able to direct me to a RV park nearby and we were able to hold over there until repairs were made. They called me the next morning to let me know it looked like repairs would be completed later that afternoon. I was amazed at the concern for our need to get back on the road and the follow through with the repairs being completed in less than 24 hours. They even washed the truck for us, and it looked great! I hope I don't need a new vehicle for several more years, but AutoNation Chevrolet will be at the top of our list when we do start looking. It is 300 miles away, but they deserve my business after the great service we received. Thank you very much for getting us back on the road for vacation.
