Mr Schwarzburg accused me of cursing him which I did not and threw my sons cell phone on the floor and told us to get out of his office. In this economy, dealerships are lucky to be in business and the thought of them treating a customer who drove in to their dealership and purchased a vehicle within an hour should be better than we have been treated.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I now have a very nice new Kia Borrego that I feel comfortable calling Patterson Kia to ask for information or help if I should need it. Recommend the dealership highly.
