From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous, professional, and clearly committed to providing top-tier customer service. The service advisors are knowledgeable and transparent. They took the time to explain the recommended services, answered all of my questions without pressure, and kept me informed throughout the process. I appreciated their honesty and the clear communication, which gave me full confidence in the work being done. The technicians clearly know their stuff. My car was serviced quickly, efficiently, and—most importantly—correctly. I’ve never had to return for follow-ups or rework, which speaks volumes about the quality of their work and attention to detail. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and even stocked with refreshments, making the brief wait pleasant. They kept their timeline promises, which made scheduling around my day much easier. Overall, Southfork’s maintenance team is top-notch—professional, reliable, and trustworthy. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Had our Jeep towed in on a Monday morning and called Rose. She ALWAYS takes care of us and keeps us updated on any issues or repairs needed along with giving us the best price possible. I'm not usually a fan of using dealers but dealing with Rose is a different level of customer service. There's a reason that she's been there so long. She knows her customers and they ask for her. It was a pleasure having her make the best out of a not so good situation. Rose is a 20 out of 10.

My car was repaired and in excellent condition when returned to me and I could not have asked for a better job. Even my brother who worked for a Mercedes dealership for many years commented on the great paint job that was done. If you are looking for a professional and top notch collision center I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here.
