Had our Jeep towed in on a Monday morning and called Rose. She ALWAYS takes care of us and keeps us updated on any issues or repairs needed along with giving us the best price possible. I'm not usually a fan of using dealers but dealing with Rose is a different level of customer service. There's a reason that she's been there so long. She knows her customers and they ask for her. It was a pleasure having her make the best out of a not so good situation. Rose is a 20 out of 10.

The auto service dept did their work properly, but I suggest maybe next time technicians could check to see if any cleaning is necessary. I took my Chrylser 300 in for a "recall service" on an airbag issue & the ceiling on the roof had to be removed to work on the car. However, I noticed when I got home that there were several dirty spots on the ceiling of the roof. Also, had a problem with the receptionist (Norma). It took several calls & over ltwo hours to get an answer if my car was ready. It was not until I asked to speak to the auto service manager that I was able to get an answer from Armando via a text that my car was ready. I didn't get to pick up my car until 6:05 pm.

From start to finish my experience with AutoNation Collision Center in Spring deserves 5 stars. The communication was great. The date promised was as promised, and the amount quoted was on target. My car was repaired and in excellent condition when returned to me and I could not have asked for a better job. Even my brother who worked for a Mercedes dealership for many years commented on the great paint job that was done. If you are looking for a professional and top notch collision center I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here. In addition, I also highly recommend working with Tom Pham and Kathy Barton, if you have the opportunity. They were both great at keeping me informed and updated on the progress of the repair.

Highlights Lowest price on the truck I wanted. No dealer add ons. Rachel, the sales person, was great! Improvement areas First offer had the wrong advertised price. Lower trade in offers than other competitors I was not shown the APR and final numbers until seated with Finance, felt pressured. Finance manager was in a hurry, trying to seal the deal asap. His attitude changed rapidly as soon as I rejected extra warranties and pointed out an error in the final price. Overall satisfied with the deal. Would recommend just based of them not making you buy dealer add ons. Just beware of finance manager or pressure tactics. Have your numbers done before hand and seek financing an advance.
