Steven was extremely knowledgeable about the various models of Mercedes Benz cars and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was patient, professional, and not at all pushy, which I appreciated. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and showed me a few different cars that fit my criteria. This is an amendment to a negative review I gave for poor service response I received from this dealership. I was going to change dealerships (which is what I thought the service advisor wanted) but decided to write a review here just to vent. After the review the general manager of the dealership (Brian Weiss) and I talked and he has totally improved my situation and attitude. They are taking care of my service needs while picking up and returning my F-250 to me.
