I recently had the great experience of stopping by Grubbs Volvo in Grapevine to look at a certified pre-owned vehicle to replace my wife's Mercedes E350. Zander Ramey, our sales associate, was friendly and made the entire process quick and painless! He was down to earth and we felt no pressure to make the purchase. We ended up buying the S60 and just love the vehicle. In fact, I am now looking to trade in my Tesla for the Volvo EX30 electric SUV! We were very much impressed with our knowledgeable and very patience Salesperson Mr. Donald. We spend 10 plus hours for three days to finalize our NEW CAR XC60 purchase only because of him. He answers and convinces us to make this purchase. We planned first day for 10 minute and quick after our 5th dealership visit, but his treatment made us purchased after good 10 hour of our time spent together. GOD BLESS HIM.

Typical dealerships xx. A gentleman William B reached out after my initial email. Wouldn't let me know a price without me coming into dealership. After sending 15 emails back and forth the salesman tells me they will do MSRP+tint+other add-ons +TTL. Would have saved so much time for both of us. When I called him out on his tactics, didn't like it and started saying you didn't give me enough info. I have given him everything but my SSN that was required to provide a quote, any quote. Not doing business with this establishment.

Our sales person, Cynthia P. was very pleasant to work with remotely (we live in Houston, TX), and appreciated her time and effort to ensure our questions and concerns were addressed (even after we the car was transported to Houston). Contracting and completion of the transaction was smooth and helpful that Frank (Sales Manager) and Cynthia were responsive and transparent throughout the whole transaction. We would do business with Giles Volvo El Paso and Cynthia again.
