Once replaced, the radio did not work because it needed the computer code. I had to go back to have them give me the code because they would not give it to me over the phone. Had they performed the 45,000 mile service as indicated, I would not had to go back 2 extra times and they would have run into the same problem with the radio I encountered. I went to talk with the Manager and they said they would give me credit for an oil change next time. I told them they must be kidding because I was never coming back. I asked for a credit for my time and the new battery and they just said no way - they owed me nothing. I will never go back to them for anything.
