After 70k mile service discovered crank case oil was overfilled and interior headliner and windshield post fabric was smudged with dirty oil hand prints. This model is not equipped with a dip stick for some reason. Makes me question if they used the correct oil. This dealer does not reflect the quality reputation of the Audi name. Would not recommend this service department.

Here's My Story: My Son was traveling to Montana from Redlands California. He just bought a 1992 Honda Accord and was traveling North when he started having Transmission Problems, He pulled into Cedar City, Utah and pulled into the first repair shop off the Freeway. They Charged Him $60 Dollars to Look at the car to see what was the matter. They told him that the Trans was Bad and it would be $3000. to Fix it. I told my Son to Run away and I would check into Helping Him Fix His Car or Buy Another Car. I Did a Quick Search of Auto Sales Shops in Cedar City and AUTO MOTO popped up. I spoke to Colleen and told her My Story, She told me of a Honda Prelude for sale for $1500. or she had a Used Trans with 60K on the miles for $400. Dollars. Then She Referred Me to a Repair Shop ( Juan Ortegas Auto Repair 435-586-8360 ) He said he would Install the Trans for $325 dollars. He's a ASC Certified Master Mechanic with 20 years of Experience. They treated me like a Local not a Out-of-Towner, Not Trying to Rip of some Innocent Kid from Out of Town. Great Experience!!! Highly Recommend!!! Thanks, Jim B from Redlands, Ca.

We were straight lied too multiple times from these guys, so stay away. They sold me a warranty that 'covered' my engine, turbo, injectors & everything in between. Not less than 1 week later 1 injector started to go out and finally went out 2 months later. I called AutoForza for my 'warranty' info b/c I never got it when we purchased the car that night. AutoForza tells me that it will be covered & we can take it anywhere, no mention of what was not covered & no mention of limits of total cost. After we call The warranty company & they tell me they can cover $400, but I have to replace all 4 injectors on that bank for over $2K. Okay, I will eat that one but then BMW completes the smoke test & I need to have valve stem seals done, new fuel pump, new radiator, new crankcase ventilation hoses & a number of broken parts, it totals to $23k & luckily BMW of Murray reduced it & covered it all but $1800. AutoForzas 'inspection' prior to purchase didn't catch that brakes were toast (pads and rotors) or the crankcase ventilation hoses were both cracked in half but I went ahead & fixed those items immediately after buying, but nice to know they inspected it & not fixed it. The injectors were all replaced in 2017 due to a BMW recall/service bulletin so before the owner tries to say its because of the year & mileage on my car, its not because BMW replaced them on the previous owner (BMW records to confirm) & it was less than 25k miles. To top it all off, 1 year later, 1 turbo blows. We call the warranty company & request a contract be sent over that we have never seen (someone forged a signature because it is completely wrong, haha) & we discover that really nothing is covered. We were told we were getting some premier package that covered everything with no questions asked. We called Auto Forza to see what they would do to make things right & Alex tells my wife he isn't going to do anything because it was 2 years ago (not quite, but close enough I guess) & he is not responsible for his employees at that time. He proceeds to tell me that Ron was fired right after we bought our car, looking at his website it was Fabio Owczarzak. This warranty is so basic that it basically doesn't cover anything. We were sold on a golden pony & got a dirty donkey. I may never buy another warranty package unless it is through Route 66, but it is for sure that I will never buy from Auto Forza ever again & I will make sure that no one I ever know will buy from there again. I will say the buying experience was good & fast, nice cars, but who knows what else was done incorrectly or illegally behind our backs & who is to know what we may find out 2 years from now. But hey, I have a forged copy of my warranty that doesn't cover anything so that is nice & I now get to pay $2k per turbo now out of pocket. But hey, I am still paying for a warranty that I cannot use because Fabio decided not to select Turbo or Supercharger on the paperwork..... why would anyone buy a turbo'd car & a warranty that does not cover the turbos...... I will wait..... absolutely noone!!!!!! These guys would screw their own families over for whatever fee they receive from selling these fake warranties. I cannot even be mad at the warranty company because they didn't sale me on a false stories, AutoForza did. Save your money and don't buy from this place and go to BMW or Audi or whatever & buy directly, you will get a real warranty & in the end you will end up paying the same in cost.... but atleast BMW or any of the larger dealerships would do something to minimize this and resolve it to where both parties could say there were happy. It's not fair to say that all car salesman are crooks but to each their own. I had a bad experience completely turned around 100 by BMW of Murray, they went out of their way to make things right & even better for me. AutoForza could care less, its all about the bottom line to them. Just read all the horror stories online. Do your homework before buying from these guys or you will end up spending more then just a car.

I REALLY wish we could have worked out a deal with Rodolfo. He is a very honest person who seemed to genuinely want to help my wife and I get in to a new car that would be good for us. Unfortunately while meeting with him, I had just started a new job and was rebuilding my credit. By the time I was ready to buy, my wife and I had moved.... I'm now wishing I had traveled back to St. George though... you'll know why if you read my review of Larry H. Miller's Orem used car Supermarket. Anyway, the next time I'm looking to buy I will 100% give Munoz first shot at making a deal. Until then I'll just have to recommend them to everyone I can.

March 30th, we purchased a used car here. Isiah (the salesman) said that on all of their used cars they do a multipoint inspection & joked he could not remember how many points. He said the car was not certified, but in good working order, did not know anything wrong & passes emissions. W/ fees, registration, taxes & forced oil change package, it was a bit out of the price range I wanted to spend. At this time they were ready to REGISTER the car if we could make a deal. The total price was over what we wanted to spend, Isiah said he could sell us the car as a ‘Taxable Tow-away’ (I have never heard of this) to help bring down the cost & we could register the car ourselves. I confirmed again the car would pass emissions & requested a copy of the emissions cert. Isiah said he had to check w/ his sales manager, left for a moment came back, said we could get a copy of the emissions cert for registration. We signed w/ Shane C, confirmed again we could get a copy of the emissions cert. We were told to come back on 04/01 to pick up title & emissions cert. 04/01 came, no title, it was sent off to the DMV & no emissions cert. We kept calling to get the emissions cert & w/out luck. Stopped by on 04/10, explained to a guy at the desk I just needed the emissions cert. He looked the car up & said he would check Isiah’s desk. He came back with the emissions printout that you keep in the car, NOT the cert you use to register the car. The printout showed that the car passed emissions, I was happy to have confirmation & went on my way. We had the emissions done and the car FAILED EMISSIONS! WE WERE TOLD THERE WAS EVIDENCE THE PCV HAD BEEN TAMPERED W/ TO GET A PASS. Our mechanic confirmed the car would not pass emissions & the PCV was indeed tampered with to get a pass, the exhaust manifold is cracked requiring replacement of the catalytic converter. In addition, the car battery failed/needs replaced, the rear brakes are at 2/32, rotors have visible grooves, front sway bar links have play/needs replaced, & right CV axle is leaking grease from the outer boot/needs replaced. Items that I have listed are all Items that if the car really had been through a multi point inspection like Isiah said would have been caught. Especially the fact that the car DOES NOT PASS EMISSIONS!!! We reached out to Isiah about the car not passing emissions, not expecting any other repair items to be resolved as it was not part of our sales agreement. We wanted the emissions issue to be resolved or take car back & refund our money. At first Isiah was nice & understanding, said that he had to speak with his sales manager. We were passed off to the general manager (Bobby), & then to the service department where we were told not their problem & that they did not believe the car would not pass emissions. Now no call backs after calling multiple times and when finally speaking w/ Isiah again, who is now a total jerk about the situation, refuses to give further information (I think because he knows we have caught their dishonesty and hopes we will just go away). It is now 05/02 with no resolve. I hope that sharing our awful experience lets others know that even a so called ‘reputable’ dealer may not be honest, nor forthright about a car that needs so much work. They were WILLING TO REGISTER A CAR THAT DOES NOT PASS EMISSIONS and send us on our way without communicating all of the issues the car has. And don’t forget about the PCV tampering to get the emissions to pass, isn’t this fraud? At the very least, the car should have been listed as a mechanic’s special or not sold to the general public at all. Thankfully we have in writing the emissions as part of our purchase so we are filing a complaint w/ the CPB, DMV and reaching out to our attorney. Shame on Performance Ford/Truck Country in Bountiful for taking advantage of customers. Beware if you are looking at used cars at Performance Ford/Truck Country; they will say/do ANYTHING just to sell a car.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM PRICE DRIVERS - AndreaHansen

Never purchase a vehicle from Price Drivers. We purchased a 2010 Jeep Wrangler from Price Drivers. The same day after we purchased the vehicle the vehicle wouldn’t start, the check engine light came on and a gas warning light came on. We took the vehicle back and they told us they would have the vehicle fixed. They said they took it to Burt Brothers and that the problem was taken care of with in the week the exact same problem happened again. After trying to work with Price Drivers multiple and trusting them when they said they would take care of the problem, we had to take the vehicle to the Dealer and have the Gas Tank replaced at a cost of $1,200. We also contact Burt Brothers and found that Price Drivers never took the vehicle in to be repaired. Price Drivers just cleared the codes on the car and told us it was fixed. They sold us a vehicle that they intentionally cleared the error codes out of and then gave us the run around until after the bank had already sent the check to them.

AVOID this dealership! They took 3 months to deliver title for a used car while 1-1/2 months is the maximum allowed by law. After paying them the full asking price for the car, they screened my phone calls and did not reply to emails, nor certified letters to the owner, nor respond to visits from officers of the Utah motor vehicle division. They remain poised to do the same to you. Buying a car became a highly stressful experience with Southern Utah Auto Sales after the paperwork was signed.

II assumed because most of the vehicles are high end, that this business also took care of their vehicles or sold them after making them better... I directly asked the salesperson I originally spoke to what issues this vehicle had before paying $300 to have it brought to Bountiful from St George and his response was "Nothing wrong with this vehicle" Then I asked the salesperson at the Bountiful location if I had issues, can I bring the car back... I was told "NO". This car had a lot of problems. Most of them minor problems, but I feel like I was mislead and purchased one of their junk cars. The convertible top has not came down once since I have owned it (purchased in Oct 2017) except for the time I took it back to the dealership and had them do it for me, since then, it will not come down. When I sent a text to the salesperson, he said he didnt believe me that it was the second time I tried it. ITS OCT IN UTAH.... I DONT KNOW IF YOU KNOW THIS BUT ITS NOT TOP DOWN WEATHER... (well, at this point it was November) The rear tie rod ends need to be replaced, the top has a huge rip on the inside, the cover over the speaker was taped on and the cover over the center console was just placed there, it is not attached. I don't care what all these reviews say about this business, Im not impressed. After my previous car purchase, I guess I had very high expectations of a "specialties" dealership. I should have figured once I actually got to their establishment and seen their inventory. I would definitely recommend Dave Strong for a BMW or any other type of vehicle, not these guys!
