I got a car from Auto Maxima year and a half ago. I was happy, it worked out for me great! About a month ago I had hit and run, someone just damaged bumper and left side of my car and took off! I called gustavo. He was helpful when I was purchasing a car and I remembered he said call me if you need anything. So they repaired my vehicle fast and quality was great! My sister ended up getting subaru from them this weekend! She came to give me ride when I dropped off my car and saw this subaru and totally fell in love with it. So she made her dad who is mechanic to come with her to check it out. They bought the car this weekend, now my sister will drive all wheel drive car on the snow! She traded her 97 accord to Auto Maxima. Thank you for speedy repair so I had car to drive faster and for giving such a great deal to my sister! Love, Ayleigh.

None of them have no knowledge of what they are selling. They will do anything to sell a vehicle. They do have some good vehicles but getting a carfax out of them is hard. Their prices are a little high but they will deal. They will not give a good trade in value on your trades.

He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. He knows his stuff and was so kind! Mary over financial made everything so easy for me. She is a rockstar! I bought a used vehicle from Dallas. He was very easy to work with and did a great job answering my questions and resolving any potential concerns. He wasn't pushy and although he knew I was looking at a similar vehicle at a nearby dealership, he didn't say anything negative about that dealership. That is very important to me. If a sales person talks negative about another dealership, then that can be a deal breaker for me. No reason to belittle the competition and Dallas didn't do that. Dallas mentioned what made Willey a great dealership to work with and why the car at Willey was a quality vehicle and a competitive deal. This was my first visit to Willey and besides a little delay from the finance department, everything went well. I would be comfortable buying my next car from Dallas.

I was BEYOND IMPRESSED with affinity auto. I bought a 2005 Toyota 4Runner. They let me take the car for a test drive without having a salesman tag along. They weren't pushy, didn't give me like a 30 minute in your face lecture about why I should buy the car and be just nuts. They were super honest and very thorough. We made sure everything worked and ran great. And they even let me take the car to my own mechanic for 2 hours. So impressed! I had sworn off dealerships because they can be so slimy, pushy, and expensive but I had the complete opposite experience here. I will recommend all of my friends to go here when looking for a good car, especially toyotas.

this man is a crook. did not deliver title for 3 months, plates for 3 months, pay off on other car for 3 months, ruined our credit on previous loan, liar liar liar. fraud. cheat. opened a bank account in my husbands name with out approval. all this man does is lie. complained to motor vehicle enforcement larry ball numerous times. <br>do not ever ever buy a car from this place or this man. he is really cute and nice, a real smooth talker. we went upside down on a 4 year old car by about 5000. had to put alot of money down. this man doesnt care about anyone! a complete crook

Sold me a vehicle that had several problems that they said they would take care of. Lied to me and had to pay them to fix it.(over 1000.00 dollars) Did not fix correctly and said that's all they promised to fix. Called and salesman was almost always to busy to talk so I went to location and the salesman actually hid from me. Last thing salesman said was don't ever bring the vehicle back to them again. They promise you the world and once you sign they are done with you. STAY AWAY!!!! This was also the owner.

Their advertised price was very fair right off the bat, and they gave me a great price for my trade in over the phone before I drove out. I didn't haggle because I didn't have to, but they did offer some money off if I financed through them, which I did because they gave me an awesome rate. I had to drive a long way to get there, and when I showed up the car was exactly as advertised and they were true to their word on price. I did have some battery issues because the car was on their lot for a while, but they paid for me to replace it. "Honest", "kind", and "full of integrity" are not words that come to mind when you think of used car dealers, but would certainly describe the folks at Premier Motorsports.

They made the pricing structure very clear to us, and also made an effort to get us the best deal on our vehicle - and without pressuring us like often occurs at other dealers. We were so impress that our daughter also purchased a vehicle form Dahle Used Automart Murray two days later!

I purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 (25000mi) with a branded title, I asked and was told that the only damage the car had suffered was the front bumper, headlights, grille, and rear bumper. Upon delivery, it was obvious the entire right side had been replaced and the entire car repainted, during the repair the headliner was removed, horribly creased, and put back that way. I was also told taxes would be combined in the financing and were not, I ended up paying clean title price for a salvaged car.

The van came out with some issues check engine light on , bad battery, transmission oil leaks,, transmission has to be repaired, and much more. They mentioned me in the beginning that they will be responsible for repairs and they didn't it so I paid a lot of money for the van high price high miles and for something not good I don't recommend anybody to go to the dealer.

Receptionist was terrific on the phone and upon arrival Looked at 3 cars. Bought one. Negotiated a fair price. While there was a slight misunderstanding, regarding additional fees, I was a bit miffed. Still the owner explained all and apologized and took my suggestions seriously. Car was detailed for me, and he personally delivered it to me. A few days later could not get the convertible top to go down. Texted the owner and he responded right away with the solution. Which worked on the first try. No further problems a month later. I would work with this company again.

Buyer Beware!! - trouble

We purchased a vehicle from them and while doing the paper work there was a theft insurance policy slipped into the final figure we were paying that I did not agree to purchasing. And when we asked to have it removed Glenn in the Finance office said no it would not be taken off. I have since on many occasions made attempts to call the GM I think his name is Scott to have it removed. He did talk with me 1 time and said it was not going to be removed. They do not know what good service means!!

Bought 2013 Toyota Rav4 with 80,000 miles 1 week and 1 day ago from Your Budget Auto. I complained of a shake/vibration and they let me know it was due to tire ware. After I spent $750 on tires and alignment found out the torque converter in the transmission is ruined and have to replace it for $2100 after i just spent $16000 on the car a week ago. They are not willing to let me out of the contract even though its only been a week or pay for any of the repairs! Toyota offered me a $400 discount because they were aware of the situation and feel bad that there are people out there that sell cars to people and screw them. Your Budget Auto offered me $50 which is an insult, that doesn't even cover my gas to go to and from them the 2x I did to figure out the shaking. Terrible experience, terrible customer service, terrible managers, and terrible owners. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They are frauds and not willing to help out their customers who bought vehicles with ruined torque converters which they were very aware of the problem and lied to me and sold it to me ruined! Don't ever purchase a vehicle from here. They will screw you! They buy vehicles from auctions that have been in accidents and do enough to get them to pass safety and emissions and get rid of any warning lights and then sell them to you and screw you being very aware of the problems! Save your self some money and buy from a legit dealership not a run down piece of xxxx dealership like I did. I learned my lesson and warning you now. YOU WILL BE SCREWED!!!
